Whether the court can dismiss petition?

Dear Sir,
I have filed the petition under section 9 of Hindu Marraige Act on the behalf of my brother in the Disrict Court against his wife for grant of decree for restitution of the conjugal rights as she has left the matrimonial house without any reasonable cause
The Court has issued summons and has fixed for the next date of hearing

If on the next date of hearing if his wife falselly alleges before the court that she is ready to come to matrimonial house

Please inform whether court can dismiss the petition merely on his statement?
If the petitioner(who is my brother) wants to pursue the matter whether court can provide him decree?
Regards

Property Right of the wife after death of husband?

Dear All,

I would like to request your indulgence in answering my query pertaining to the rights of a Hindu Widow in succeeding in her husband's self acquired property - whether the same gets devolved absolutely or she has to share it with other children if any.

Thanking you in advance.

Best Regards

Desertion

My wife and me had a problem and she left to her home , She asked me to accompany to an astrologer for consultation , which I refused. After consulting the astrologer , she is not answering my calls and her family is also doing the same. We got to know from her relatives that astrologer has asked her to separate. Will this hold in court of law for divorce... I have emails to prove my claims ... She is arrogant and behaving this way.. How to make her talk to me.. I want to be with her..

Consequencies Not appearing before Legal Service Committee

Dear Sir,
My Brother has filed the Application under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights against his wife who has deserted him for last couple of months
The District court has admitted his application and issued summons to his wife

Thereafter my brother's wife has approached to the Legal Service Committee for legal aid

The Legal Service Committee has issued letter to my bother and asked him to appear before it for settlement of dispute

Please inform

1whether he is bound to appear before the Legal service Committee?

2Since the matter is already pending before the District Court and my brother wife already received the summon from the District court and she has approached Legal Service Committee for Legal Aid
What will be the effect if my brother doesn't appear before the Legal Service Committee ?
Regards
