Hi, I am dividing my question in 2 sub parts.
A) I am an Indian Hindu & my girlfriend is an Indonesian Catholic. We wish to get married next year 2011. She doen't want to change her religion, & we have planned to live in India only.
1. What kind of VISA she should take to come here.
2. Once she is here, after how many days can we get married?
3. We wish to have marriage in Hindu style & Catholic style. Is it advisable to have a court marriage first under Special Marriage Act, 1954 & later go for Hindu style & Catholic style marriage?
4. Does the Indian Court Marriage requires her to produce some documents about her from her country?
5. How to cope up with the expiry of her Tourist visa of 6 months? We cannot afford to send her for visa renewals etc.
6. After how many months/year she can apply for Indian citizenship?
B) My Indonesian girlfriend has a Mother & she wants to live in India after our marriage. Initially she will come to India on Tourist visa of 6 months. She wants to buy her own flat.
1. Can my to-be-mother-in-law able to get Indian citizenship?
2. How can I cope up with her Tourist Visa which will expire in 6 months. We cannot afford to renew her VISA or asking her to go back to Indonesia every 6 months.
3. Can she purchase a flat in India? please advise.
4. She wants to sell her property in Indonesia & transfer money to India, What is the best way of sending money?
I have so many questions to ask, I will be very grateful to you if you can answer them.

Wife is going for a contested divorce putting false allegations on me... but I have filed a RCR and want her back.. During our family life, we both worked in UK and had made decent savings and part of her earnings are in my account..
She is quoting that as dowry , but I am ready to give it back to her... How should I give this money back to her .. she is not ready for any talks and will only speak a word after I put the money in her account...Please advise.

Hello Sir/madam
theres a person who tortures his wife and inlaws.he doesnt even behave properly with his children.he has been married for 22 yrs nw.how can we sue him on terms of domestic violence and he always took money from the lady's parents,but there is no proof of it being dowry.what are the possible ways of filing a case against him and getting divorce as soon as possible.Will the testimony by his children(two of them who are majors now) regarding his abusive nature be sufficient to prove it.?What legal action can be taken against him.and how can the lady and her family be protected?

can i demand a written permission to see the child because wife is not allowing me to see.

if man is always wrong and woman's are always right.then marrige must be considered as slavery for the man.
female can do and say anything but if man say then police and court.
soon that day will definitely come when man looses his gene power of earning-never do any savings for family-will not think about anyone except himself.
man brings woman at her home taking her responsibility but women say whatever i want you have to fulfill otherwise court.
womans are allowed for polygyny but man's are not allowed.
sorry, for all this stuff but somewhere man suppose to be considered if not then give me death punishment.

Respected sir,
In my marrige except money nothing else is there.
she will not be without money.
i am ready to keep the child she is happy with her rich boy friend.doesnt matter my destiny.
i cannot sleep due to tension whether she put the child in the orphanage.
if i give her maintenance then how i will live with small left money.
my question remains there if my salary is 9000/- only what would be the maintenance.
i am assistant accountant in pvt company.
can i claim for divorce on behalf of
conjugal rights notice in july last year.
my life turns miserable due to my wife.sometime i am thinking to commit suicide but i am thinking of the old person with me depends on me for two time meal.

I always wanted to stay with her but she never even now i tried to talk with her parents. but she refused to talk with.
she always misused words for me and for my family.despite that she never allow me to see the child how she can do that.
can i ask the court to give me written permission to see the child.

Respondent is facing divorce petition based on cruelity and desertion. He has proof of the mobile number his wife is using and doubt the number is after name of her boyfriend who is her neighbourer of her parental home. How can he get the information about the mobile number in writing for prooving unfaithfulness in the court ? He dont want that she should know this before producing this information in the court.

If a person inherits property from his father, can he make a will for that property?
If a person is creator of HUF by a gift received from some one and from that gift has multiplied his (HUF) assets, then can he make a will for all its assets.
Can a person make two separate will regarding different properties and that too to operate simulataneously after his death? Or everything has to be written in one will?
