"A" is father had family with wife ( she was working Govt,Officer)married son and married daughter.Mother is expired without a will..Father has aquired mother's all the assets and F.D.s.without living anything for married son. From all these assets father's income is about Rs.24,000/-P.M.from mother's F.D.and + his own pention and wife's half pention.he stays alone and happyly enjoying the life with his female maidservant.
"B" is married son and lives separately with his wife.
Now,Can 'A" suddenly ask (or force)"B" to look after "A" by all means,otherwise thretanned to go to court for maintainance.
"A"'has nominated his complete welth and property to his married daughter living nothing for "B" ?

parties were married on 19/02/2010,& living separately september 2010,now they want to take divorce by mutual consent.can they file divorce petition after 19 Feb 2011 by mutually means 21 feb 2011.

"A"(Hindu) has 4 sons .The first three sons as B,C,D and last son as E is step son i.e.The mother of E is M that is IInd wife of A.
A has no more,the rest family members are B,C,D,E AND mother M.
A has 6 bigha land(farming/krishi) of ancestral property and also he had buy 14 bigha land(farming/krishi) in his own name and further buy two houses and 2 bigha land(farming/krishi) for his wife's name as registered sale deed to M.
I know briefly Sir, How the partition has been done among all of them?

Sir,
I got engaged 4 to 5 months back and I registered my marriage after engagement to start visa processing. Actual marriage was to happen later(which never happened).I flew out of India immediately after marriage registration. After marriage registration girl true colours came out and we decided to cancel the marriage. Now girls side started blackmailing us of different laws like 498 (didnt even know there was such thing till that point) and said they are willing to cancel the certificate legally if we pay them a huge amount which came down finally to 8 lakhs(We didnt take any dowry at all). Now they say that they dont want to come to court yet as after 1 year they can file divorce and proceed to get more amount(by demanding property share).
What options do I have now:
1)Can I file for marriage annulment or my only option is divorce because its just been 4 to 5 months
2)If I have to wait for divorce I am afraid they will just prolong it to get more money.
3)Do they really get rights to share the property even without a single day of marriage life?? I dont have any property really. I bought a house for my parents which is under my name as I pay my EMI.
4)Can I start criminal proceeding against them for blackmailing us for filing wrong cases on us and for demanding money??
they just have the engagement photographs not the cd, can they prove on this basis that the marriage happened between us?
i just want to get rid of this girl anyhow shortly and easily if possible..
if u guys can help me out to provide some relevant proceedings and cases against them ..

I got the registration out of some emotion for which I m now lamenting. Since we have not lived together, can this marriage be annulled. The girl actually dont want to get this marriage annulled. The marriage certificate is with her and she will never hand over it to me. Without the certificate, is it possible to get annulment? Can a marriage annulment application be produced at court from only my side without her consent? Help me sir, I m in a great trouble. I just cannot start living with her. I m a govt servant and this case has taken away my peace of mind. The registration was actually done in a hurry and I was not in a position to think and decide rightly at that time. This also was done against my parents knowledge. Now the girl is forcing me to start living together. But I can never consummate with that girl due to complete dissimilarity between thinking and habits of us.Please help me and guide me to get this marriage annuled one sidedly.

it was a registered marriage which was done under maharashtra regulation of marriage bureaus and registration of marriages act 1998, volume six.
the registration was done for visa purpose but now i dont want to live with her.
she would only ruin my life. pls help...

Good Morning Sir,
Myself Avinash Jain, I got married in May 2009 and due to family problems (kitchen problems) now I had to leave the home 5 months before and staying in the same city. I am an NRE working on Ship so presently my wife is staying there but still the problems not solved.She is not following anything like she goes to her home without telling me as she can tell/ask me anytime,I am available on mobile and e-net. She is doing job as per her wish and due to problem for walking she blamming me again and again while I sent her money 4 months bfore and she didn't buy vehical bcoz colour was not available.She is blaming and always bringing my mother in our talks as a bad women while we are living apart and not interference from my mother. She mostly goes to her sister's home instead of going her home.She is repeatedly asking and blaming me for money as I am giving her as much as I can transfer and its aroung 13000rs/month which I think is sufficient.We taken nothing from her family even We never asked about her salary also except whatever they given in marriage like Bed,Almirah,Washing Machine,Dressing Table and Sofa Set that we never asked about,these things are still at my parents home bcoz we didn't bring.
I bought her gold jewellary and anything she likes bfore marriage and after marriage.
She always compare me with her friend's husbands or anybody.Even she force me to take money from my parents for home which I don't want as they already invested so much in our studies.She ask me about my father's income also which she should not bother about.
Now I want to ask whether she can file any case against my parents and me?
Presently I am out of India so please reply on mail ID only.
I mentioned about my city only bcoz I want to know whether I am wrong bcoz I think I am fulfilling my duties as much as I can.
Please give me suggestion and help me out.

We have married our daughter in a family based in Kochi and we are based in Mumbai. Marrige was solmanised in Kochi as per Hindu rituals and we have video and photos of the same. Pl. advice if it is necessary to register the marrige with registrar in Kochi ? What happens if not registered ?

Dear sir,
I am R. Gurucharan, I am planning to get marry a widow her name is malini. Her husband expired in the year 2008 feb. I am getting a offer to get marry that lady. I am also interested. What are the legal formalities i have to comply when i enter in to the marriage contract? Pls guide me on these issues?
