Whether second marriage is legal, if first wife is alive and is unable to get pregnant and gives her consent to her husband for second marriage?

Respected Sir, Namaskar.
My brother was a bank IT Officer. As ill luck would have it he fell ill soon after his marriage and expired on 29/10/2008 during his service. His wife left our house soon after his death. She has no issue. My brother married her without taking any dowry. But she took away with her ornaments worth of Rs 30,0000 and all luggage materials of Rs 20,0000 from my brother’s room where he lived.
Mother of deceased son wrote to the General Manager of concerned department many times but no action was taken in favour of mother. It is a matter of great regret that department gave brother’s wife both pension and job. Kindly suggest us if there is a law in favour of mother in case of deceased son so that pension or financial benefits may please be given to mother.

I want to know whether a person living separately from his W can give monthly for maintainance before D.Will it be helpful for further proceeding for D? if he doesnot give how far is it helpful?

Marriage was solemnesed under Special Marriage Act on2006. Husband filed Divorce under section 36-Cruelty.Now wife filed interim maintenance petition under Indian divorce Act.Whether wife have right to file under separate Act?

Sir,
I have filled a divorce suit against my wife. My question is that I some times stayed in my brother-in-law's house to see my wife and newborn child. Does it mean that place of last residence is my brother-in-law's house?

Sir,
I have filled a divorce case against my wife in my jurisdiction (my court)where also our marriage was solemnized.My wife stays at her brother's flat which is in another court jurisdiction.Before conflict I sometimes stayed at her brother's residence where there is also our child. My lawyer says as the marriage was solemnized under my court jurisdiction so divorce case can be filled her,hence place of last residing won't get preference for filling. Is he true?

I am working in a govt sector and my husband has very less income to show in black and white. I am living separated from my husband and he does not give any maintainece to the minor kids who are with me. Although Sec 125, 13,24, are pending but I have not got even a single penny from him . What should I do ?

My wife made false maintainance case about my salary i.e. I am earning high salary around 75000/- per month. But fact is I am self employed earning around 3000/- per month.
What action should I must take so that she should be punished by giving wrong information to court.
