Hi, A query in regards to the Claim against my grandfather as my father is deceased and grandfather being alive, do i deserve to claim any part of the ancestral property that is solely created and earned by him(grandpa). Just to mention that my father had 02 more brothers and 3 sisters as in my uncles and aunts...So, do i as a grandson, on behalf of my father deserve any right of claim on the ancestral property.Please suggest.Thanks.

Till now advocates can file vakalathnama in Family Court after obtaining permission from Court of Law. Now Advocates Act, 1961, came into force, the Centre has notified Section 30 of the Act — with effect from 15th June, 2011. My question is whether advocates can now file vakalath straighaway at the time of filing of the petition ?

i am applying for RCR. can my wife produce my emails which i sent to her and to her friends telling them that she ran away from the house taking her belongings without informing me, which my wife feels she is very humiliated and argue in court to take action against me? If I tell the court I did that because of the situation my wife put me and my children to suffer alone when she left without caring for their final exams which was about to start in a month time. What will be the courts point of view and I am willing to forget everything and start living for the sake of children's future. If my wife sets in conditions like she will work but will not pay her salary to run the house, how will the court view these conditions. PLEASE ADVISE

i want to get marry with a girl whom i love. but her parents are not agree. we want to go for civil court marriage. i got to know we need to submit the application a month prior of the marriage. also the marriage registrar officer will affix the notice at the notice board of the office for any objection.
we both belong to Rajasthan and my job is in Pune so i want to get it done here in pune or in mumbai. please guide me for below queries which are confusing.
1- is it true that registrar office will send the notice to our respective district offices regarding this marriage.
2- is it true that registrar office will also send the documents or any thing to our native address regarding marriage for any objection before marriage take place.
3- is it true that while submitting the document (age, address proof) she should be available at that time, also the witness should also be present at that time. or it will be OK they all can come down at the time of marriage.
4- can we go for BOMBAY MARRIAGE ACT, in which we need not to fillup the application in advance also no such publication will be affixed on notice board of our district offices.
Please comment/answer ASAP we are in hurry.

my wife left 4 months back to her parents home leaving behind 2 sons. when i went with my sons to their house they humiliated me and we came back. then i sent emails to all her friends giving all information on that she ran away with jewels and requesting them to ask her to return back to my house. also i found a paper which she had hidden to pray for making my heart restless and to be life long obedient to her. when i saw this i sent a very cursing email to her and to her parents copying to all her friends. can my wife use these emails as an insult/humiliation and a reason to file DV/498a. i filed police complaint against her and registered the case. she complained in womens cell and after 5 counsellings she is not willing to come back so i wrote a statement that i will follow in court to live with her.we are married since 15 years and lived abroad since marriage and returned only last year to settle here? Pls reply

Hi this is to ensure if summon from court reched at address and if nobody is at the address or the person to whom the summon sent, lives somewhere else then what will happen, whether the court will send the summon again or when they will send, reply.....

sir I am also law student final years. Now Here I am facing problem , my marriage assembled on 8-3-2008 with girl of hisar . On the ist weak of marriage my mother in law stared interfere in my home and miss guided to my wife . And by this dispute between me and my wife started. and she leave my home after 6 months and stated his mother home app. 1.5 years after that I went their Home and my wife came with me . But then she started went her home daily basis means morning to eve. And night stay in my home the again went . This type of drama run 2 months and then she again started leave her mother home. When I went her home she said plz leave here with me . I will not go with your home and many time refused my offer to come with me my home. I am only son of my father and mother . Under this type of tension my father expired as on 2-5-2011 , by serious heart attack . Now she also refused to come my home .
Tell me what I do as legally because I did a lot of working for set my home .
Now me and my mother both are in tension .
If I filed suit in court for divorce tell me what they can do against me .
On the other side same position with my brother in law , his wife also her mother home because my mother in law is very bad lady she gave a lot of trouble to her and she is her home .
Plz tell me solution of this.

Dowry case
