I am (29 yrs) hindu rajput and I love a hindu brahmin girl (25 yrs). We love each other from the past 5 years, She has been trying to get agree her parents from the last 3 years but still no success. After several months of her effort they stopped her to work anywhere saying we don’t want you to do any kind of job further.It has been 2 years now she is kept in a home and not allowed to go anywhere alone or with her friends. She is only allowed to go anywhere with her father, mother or brother. We are get in touch with each other over her cell phone and very rarely get the chance to talk over phone so mostly we talk via messages.
My Family went at her home but they clearly said no for our marriage because of the cast system. She can’t escape because she always kept locked by her parents and mother keeps the keys with her all the times. Girl’s sisters and Jijaji tried their best to get agree her parents for our marriage after two years of effort they told a girl they are ready for our marriage and they will soon talk to my parents but they didn’t so girl questioned why are you not talking to his parents and he is again ready to come to our home if you are feeling shy. They said no don’t call him or her parents to come to at our home, please don’t force us its totally my decision when should I go…now it has been six months they are neither call me or my parents.
Girl is totally got frustrated, I am well settled guy and can easily take care of her. My parent started talking to me to get married somewhere else as I am now going to be 30 years old.
Please suggest what should I do? Should I ask girl to call @100 and register a complaint against her parents? Or is there anything else can be done?

iam an hindu , and the girl i love is christian , we would like to get married on january 2012 .
one of the problem is both our parents will never accept for our marriage.
iam workin in dubai and she is workin in kerala , iam gettin hardly a one month leave on january 2012, so that on this month with out our parents knowledge want to get married legally .
kindly provide a legal solution so that i can marry her on january 2012 .

Sir,
for a long time, my wife has been taking maintenance from me, by filing a case under 125. She is well placed and not only highly qualified but also drawing a heavy salary. I want to know -
1) how I can ask her company to reveal her employment history?
2) which all cases I can do against her, once I get written conformation from her company about her?

I m shikha from delhi. i got married in oct2009. my husband n i had good relations for just few weeks after my marriage.after that he completely forgot his duties......... as an husband he use to beat me ask for dowry pick up quarrel for nothing nor use to allow me to use ph or even move out of house.his parents also use to abuse me n my family like anything situation became worse after i got miscarriage in sept 2010.
On 1st of april things went so out of control that i had to ran away from house to save my life. i went straight to police station where no action was taken on my said complaint.
on 2nd april....i filed my complaint in women cell very next day matter is still pending there even after four months and case has not been registered even after several misconducts by my husband and his family.
Domestic voilence was filed on 20 may.Matter is still pending in court.
My husband had refused to give back my articles, my stridhan n gifts which were given to me by my family in hope of better life,not even my daily use things.he even has left the premisis where he was living i.e:my matrimonial house.
And now in counter blast he has filed a case against me my parents my sister n my auncles u/s 200 of crpc for section 420/406/409/506/120-b/34 IPC where he is hiding fact of dv is still pending n said that he has been cheated various other fault allegations are also made.he is also involved in several other cases which are pending against him in various courts.being a law person he is comitting several offences by using his degree.
It is also noticed that he is also working as director in one of his family buissnes companies . can i make complaint against him in bar council,what action can i take to recover my belonging,and what actions should i take in matter of that fault case u/s 200 of crpc.
Please advice me what to do and how to proceed in matter.....my whole life is on stake just because of him.

Hi,
my name is Sandhya i am 20 years old and i would like to consult about myself and my succession in fathers property. my mother and father got married in 1990. they blessed a girl child in a year 1991. ( its me) but after my birth they got seprate due to their some personal matters or mismatching of their thoughts. My mother and her family (my grand mother and grand father ) has been looked after to me. they gave me love and education since i was one year old. my father got married (1993) with another women and didnt ask about me and my neccesity, even not spent single rupee for me , our financialy condition was not good so we couldnt take any action against him. i was minor and i was not aware of lawful things. In 2003 my mother got married with bachelor person i was also agree with my family decesion , i had no objection for my moms second marriage because according to me she had done her duty and was doing. i am still staying with my grand pa and grand mom but as per my colege record still i am using my fathers name. father have two dougther and one son fro second marrige. Now i am feeling that he only gave me birth nothing done other than this. i wish to file case against him for my compensation and succession in his property. can i get my rights in his property? or can i get compensation? or can i proove himself as a fraud? can i send him behind bar? i am a college student now and its very defficult to complete my education as wel as my marrige because our family condition is not strong. kindly guide me for my future as you think suitable to me and my family. one more thing my father is government servent.

My two friends married each other( both adult) aginst wish of their parents in a temple. They have taken photo of marriage and the pandit has also given a certificate. They are threatned by their parents that they will prove this marriage illegal.
They have inquired for court marriage procedure, but have come to know that they have to apply for it in a month advance, and then the registrar sents a copy of notification to their home so as to clearify if their is no objection for their marriage. Hence they have given up this option.
Please suggest how my friends can be legally strenghten their marriage?

I (28yrs) got married to a guy from a matrimonial site in last year june. I am from kolkata and my husband is from Mumbai. After marriage, my husband and in-laws started harrassing me for dowry and even took away all my jewelleries, cash and gifts given during marriage. My husband and in-laws especially my unmarried sister-in-law even mentally tortured me. My father-in-law and mother-in-law's main intention was to marry their son, get adequate dowry and then with that dowry marry their daughter. however when i refused to met their demand, they started torturing me and wanted me to divorce their son. After 2 months of marriage, I became pregnant and my in-laws started forcing me to get an abortion done and leave their home. When i refused to abort the child, they fought with my parents and threatened them of dire consequences if they didnt take me away. One day they even abused my parents over the phone and threatened to throw me out of the home in the middle of the night. The next day my parents brought me back to kolkata in october. Since then till date, my husband had called me up thrice only to fight over trivial issues. Neither he, nor my in-laws have ever enquired about me or my baby who is at present 3 months' old. All my and my baby's expense is being boren by my father. i dont have the money to even consult a lawyer or go to Mumbai and lodge a complaint. Kindly advice me as to what legal action can i take by staying in Kolkata itself and that i dont have to travel all the way to Mumbai with a small baby to look after.

Is it possible to produce documentry evidence in an application under section 151 of CPC to prove that the plaintiff has come to court with unclean hands and made false statements there by abusing the court process.
Is is mandatory to mark the documents at the interlocutory stage. Particularly family court act section 14 empowers the court to admit all documents overlooking hte provisions of evidence act. Will there be any hassle in producing the documents in a IA petition.
Kindly clarify.

Regarding Maintanance
Dear Sir,
We both filed mutual divorce last year october 2010. now medaition is going on regading maintance. She agreed for 2laks and she has turned for 15days to sign a agreement. After 2 weeks she came again and saying that she need for 5lakhs. But Iam unable to pay 5lakhs. I dont know what to do. Kindly advise me whether any other grounds are availbe to file case in high court to get divorce fast and how long it will take.
