Girl Parents not aggreed for a marriage

I am (29 yrs) hindu rajput and I love a hindu brahmin girl (25 yrs). We love each other from the past 5 years, She has been trying to get agree her parents from the last 3 years but still no success. After several months of her effort they stopped her to work anywhere saying we don’t want you to do any kind of job further.It has been 2 years now she is kept in a home and not allowed to go anywhere alone or with her friends. She is only allowed to go anywhere with her father, mother or brother. We are get in touch with each other over her cell phone and very rarely get the chance to talk over phone so mostly we talk via messages.
My Family went at her home but they clearly said no for our marriage because of the cast system. She can’t escape because she always kept locked by her parents and mother keeps the keys with her all the times. Girl’s sisters and Jijaji tried their best to get agree her parents for our marriage after two years of effort they told a girl they are ready for our marriage and they will soon talk to my parents but they didn’t so girl questioned why are you not talking to his parents and he is again ready to come to our home if you are feeling shy. They said no don’t call him or her parents to come to at our home, please don’t force us its totally my decision when should I go…now it has been six months they are neither call me or my parents.
Girl is totally got frustrated, I am well settled guy and can easily take care of her. My parent started talking to me to get married somewhere else as I am now going to be 30 years old.
Please suggest what should I do? Should I ask girl to call @100 and register a complaint against her parents? Or is there anything else can be done?

The best course in my view is that you file a writ of ha·be·as cor·pus in the High Court,if you are sure that when presented before the High Court, the girl will show her consent to live with you.Do it only when she is major.The court will set her free from confinement of parents where after you can marry her.

There is no locus standi for the boy to file Habeas corpus against the parents of the girl since she is not under any wrongful confinement.
In this case as per my opinion since the girl is a major by age, nothing can stop her from taking a bold decision and walking out of the house and get married to this guy. The parents cannot do anything and in this condition i feel they are one useless and dont deserve any pity or sympathy. Simple thing they failed miserably to understand is that their daughter is waiting for their approval for past three years instead of walking out of the house leaving them. I wish they respect the feeling of the girl and boy and bless them through a happy wedding.

i have experienced several cases,have got orders too,a major cant be kept against wishes by any body.The boy has locus as lover with understanding of marriage with her.

It would be to get married and in the temple and the get marriage should be registered with the registrar of marriage.

She is not allowed to come out from her home as she is locked there by her parents. I am trying to find out the best way to get married.
The only communication way left is to talk with a girl is via sms, we rerely get the chance to talk over phone
What should we do please suggest?
Some people asking me to tell her to call the police I am not sure if that’s the best way?
I am not sure if I could file any sort of case against her parents?
Your suggestion would really help me to sort out this issue asap
