Hi,
One of my friend who had done registered marriage with a man , who has son of 14 yrs old and wife of 40 yrs old.
She had married with the document mentionign that his first wife doesn't have objection for his second marriage due to her health problems.
My friend live in abroad with her husband for the past 7years and now she had come with the following issues.
1. Is she marraige is legal?.
2. what about hers rights on the property owned by her husband?
3. what about his rights on her property owned by her?.
4. will his first wife still have rights and ask for property etc?.
note that this fellow was living with my friend for more than 7 years and has no relation with his first wife except taking care of their financial issues regularly.
pls. advice.

I am a male legally divorced with one son whose legal custody is with me. While searching for a suitable girl for my second marriage, I came across a lady who is legally divorced and issueless but she wants to adopt one son of her younger sister who is a widow with two sons.
Now as per Hindu adoption Act, I cannot adopt a male child since I am already having a son.
Now my query is that if she adopts her sister's son prior to our marriage, will that adopted child becomes my legal heir or not?

A marriage was registered under special marriage act but parties never lived together for a single day. One year passed. Now they want to avoid the marriage.
What is the remedy?
Mutual divorce or any other remedy??
Can any senior guide??

Not satisfied with cross exam in S125 case .The defendant lawyer has translated the answers given by witness and disfigured some of the facts.What can be done?The judge herself was attending to other case at the same time and prosecution lawyer also did not take notice of the same.

how can it be proved that Hindu Sucession (Ammendment)Act, 2005 is against the concept of coparcenary in law is illegal, non-est, ultra vires?
how can the said ammendment can be proved its effect is prospective in nature?

I was got married on sep 2006 in oct 2008 my wife left me & filed several criminal complaints against me, & she also filed petition in maintenance act u/s 125 Cr.p.c
In said case i have given income tax return for the assessment year 2004-2005 in which i had shown my income as Rs. 19.560/- per year as my income prove. finding me income tax payee court has taken my income Rs. 5000 to Rs. 8000.and court order me to pay Rs. 1200 to wife and Rs. 800 to minor child as interim maintenance allowance and i am paying regularly.
2. in said case my wife did not produce any proves of my income.
3. witness stage is closed next date fixed for rebuttal and arguments.
QUERY;- IN final order court going to increase the monthly allowance amount. what would be the amount. pl tell

Can a muslim man remarry while still in the first marriage?
My first wife and i don't share anything in common. We are always fighting and can't see eye to eye.she is very arrogant abt her job and not all ready to adjust. she has made my life as well as my parents life hell.have been married for the last 8 months. She has stayed with me for a week only after marriage. now she is in her parents home. she is a state govt. employee. i told her to take divorce, but she is not ready for this. plz tell what options i have. Can i remarry widout leaving my first wife, as she is not willing to divorce me. we had a muslim arrange marriage.
what are the pros and cons of remarring? Please advice as my life has become hell. can't concentrate on my career as well.
