i m married in 5may 2009, after marrieg everything is going well, after 2 mot i lose my job, so i strated my own businees,
when i start my businees i have very limited money, so that put cutoff of my enjoymet, she dont like this , now every day she ganret some problem , she dont like to leav with me, she go back his mothers home for 6 mont, (when i have job i give each and every think which she want ).she make some rutin like 1 month my home and 3 to 4 month at her mothers home. and when she came her mother also come with him and make big problem in my home. Her mother tell every one in my apprtment i m bed person , my mother is not good, etc. she need every time money, for bus, for her reletiv , for her sister etc.
(ther is no physical relation between us from last 2 year. )
now she make a case on me with kalam :125
how can i save my self, need help as soon as possible.

Background:
A Hindu woman married a Hindu man according to customs and traditions and spent her marital life with him for more than 2months.After that she abondoned him and married another person by hiding all the facts about first marriage.
Before the second marriage,the first husband filed an injunction for restraining her to marry anyother person until further orders.Inspite of the Injunction by refusing it she married another person and finally he came to know about the first marriage and he filed a Null and void,420,494,495 against her.
Finally the first marriage was proved.As first marriage is in subsistance,the second marriage was declared as null and void.
Now the questions are as follows
1.Now the first husband's relief should be divorce or voidable
2.if divorce,the first husband has to pay maintenance to her.
3.what are the other precautions,first husband can take to come out of this situation.
4.what are the cases that can be filed by the first husband to get away from her.

Mr.\"X\" WAS EXPIRED BEFORE 9 YEAR
Now Mrs.\"Y\" want to get the marriage certificate.
Marriage was done according to MUSLIM custom and religion.
What is legal way to get the Marriage Certificate today,
Marriage Certificate is required for VISA purpose what is the legal procedure in AHMEDABAD,GUJARAT STATE,INDIA? WHAT IS THE REQUIRE DOCUMENT FOR THE PROOF OF MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.HUSBAND IS NOT ALIVE TODAY.

My friends wife has put maintenance case on my friend. She is Advocate and engaged in registration of property documents with Stamps and Registration Dept.
My query is that can my friend would be able to get information under RTI Act from that deptt that how many times documents for registration of properties submitted by her in registration and stamps deptt.
Is there any mechanism to track such information in those deptt.

if interim maintennace granted to wife and husband on appeal got decree reversed and got decree of divorce on ground of adultery.can court restore already given maintenance to wife or just stop further to be given maintenance.which relief or any other relief can be given to husband.

Sir, My father got a piece of plot measuring 125 Sq. Yards from his father by way of gift deed. My father now aged about 50 years old asking Rs.7000/- p.m. each from me and my brother (total Rs.14000 per month) for transferring the said piece of plot (now the market value of plot is about 17 lakhs) infavour of me and my brother. My father is saying that I will register the said plot by way of gift deed infavour of us with the following conditions.
1) We have to pay Rs.14000/- every month towards maintenance till he and my mother alive, if we fail to pay the maintenance of Rs.14000 p.m. he will cancel the gift deed and take back the said plot from us.
2) We can make any construction on the said plot and take the rents but we can not sell the said plot till he and my mother alive.
This type of agreement is legally valid or not. Is there any problem if we agree for this conditional gift deed.
My father is threatening that if we do not accept to the above conditions he will sell the said plot to some outside person without our consent. Is he having full rights to sell the said plot without our consent since the plot he got from his father (means our grand father) by way of gift deed.
