dear sir,
recently arrest warrant wr issued against my family under 498 a and 406.investigations wr nvr joined by my wife in CAW and she went for arrest by 156(3).the high court granted us AB
writing that the boy should join the investigation and the wife is filing the same complaint again and again after residing separately for more than 3 years. We went to
give her back all her items. she took all the things except her one item of furniture, gold ornaments and clothes.
now the IO has written in the report that regular bail should not be granted to us because some of the items wr taken back by the girl and some wr not.is it going to affect our appeal for regular bail?? if yes thn wht steps shld be tAKEN???? SO THAT WE SHLD GET REGULAR BAIL?? WE DO HV SM EVIDENCES OF HER ACCEPTING THAT WE NVR DEMANDED ANY THING.

my client and his wife filed for mutual consent divorce and it was granted by the court. they have a small daughter aged two years. they agreed that the wife will have custody of the child and the father will have visitation rights. now the wife has filed an op under indian guardinship act to declare her as the legal guardian. now my client wants to ask for permanent custody of the child. can he ask for the same in the op filed by his wife or should he file a separate op for permanent custody of the child under indian guardian ship act since the court is refusing to entertain an application under section 26 of the hindu marriage act stating that both the parties must ask for modification of the order. I require a clarification on this.

Dear All,
This query is from my mothers' side. She is 68 years old and a widower. She gets some pension as our dad was a central govt employee. She lost her husband 10 years back when all we siblings were unmarried .
She only performed our weddings and also supported financially her youngest son in establishing his business. Unfortunately , we lost him recently and he has left behind his wife and 1+ years' old son. He was married for 2.5 years. He was living with mother and having his business where rental income of his laptops is around 50K per month and also some dues of 5 lakhs he had to collect .
His widow has decided to live with her parents as they want to remarry her in near future.
All the expenses on treatment of her deceased son which run into lakhs were borne by mother.
Now the question is ----Do legally mother has any right in the buisness rental income left behind by his son? Or everything belongs to his wife? Who are the legal heir in this case.
Pls help this mother.
Thanks . Regards..
Dear Experts - Mr Devajyoti , Mr Prabhakar Singh, Mr Shailesh Shah, Mr Ajay Sethi, Mr Shonee Kapoor & Mr Chanchal Chowdhuryji ---- Thanks for your kind reply for this query earlier .
You all replid that my mother is entiltled for 1/3 rd share in the business income of her deceased son.
But still we need a clarification - my mother gets pension as my father was in govt job. So pls advice whether even in this case my mother is entitled in business income of her decased son and she will be still a legal heir.
Pls advice.
Regards
