Dear Experts
One of my client was married on in the month of march-2018,
April -2018 deserted from the husband due to misunderstanding, now wife want to file divorce petition
under this circumstance with petition file to divorce.

Status of the matter:

Wife filed "Evidence by way of Affidavit".
Examination-in-Chief was also conducted by husband's counsel.
Next husband has to file reply. The counsel says there is no system to file Reply/ Rejoinder by way of Affidavit by husband in lower court. He says the system is prevalent only in H/C and SC. Is it right?
I feel since wife filed evidence by way of affidavit, husband has also to reply by way of affidavit. Shall appreciate if experts give the procedure, please.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am residing in Pune and I am planning to get my marriage certificate done. In the due course of getting that I got to know that though my wife is not inclined to change her surname but owing to the location and the rules laid down by the Magistrate she has to change her surname. But, I do not want my wife to change it as there are a lot of hassles in changing the surname in all the legal documents like passport, aadhar card, etc.
Can anyone please provide a clarification on this and how can I have it the way I am asking for?

We are get married without informing to our families in a temple later we stayed in our homes, because we wanted to convince our parents and start our married life. No photo proofs are there, only two priests are there and two temple workers are evidence to our marriage. The priest given marriage certificate, chaultry booking receipt with his signature and he is ready to tell about our marriage in the court. Six months back her father expired and their family shifted to other town. After that I went to foreign but we both are in phone contact. Before we married, her family members not accepted our love so we decided to marry and married on 28th February 2017, but we didn't stayed together after our marriage, when I was in abroad one day she called and said she told about our marriage to her uncles then they told her to not to use phone and never contact me. After that I didn't get any call from my wife. I came to india and enquired about her with her friends, finally I called to her brothers but they didn't responded and they scolded me rudely. They given police complaint through my wife that I am giving torture to her family members. I went police station and explained everything but the police told it's women's case, you don't have evidence about it marriage don't spoil it life, give written letter that you won't contact any of her family members. I given written letter and came. As a husband, lover it's not possible to live without her so after 3 months again I contacted her brothers to spoke with my wife. But again they filed complaint on me. Now I am not getting what to do. I want to meet my wife, I want to live with her. As I guess, Her family members emotionally blackmailed her that they will die if she won't give complaint on me and also they might be readied her that she don't want to stay with me, So she given complaint and her uncles are politically very influenced person's. Is our marriage is valid or not? Can anyone suggest what should I do now?

Can a wife seek help of RTI (Right to information) act in a Domestic Violence court case, to collect income related information, or any other information pertaining to husband?

Dear All,
This Syed Ghouse, my wife not staying with me from past 5 Months, and iam having 1 kid 2.6 years, she register a complaint in Women's police, regarding Domistic Violence against me and my family Member's, after 2 months know she asking Kula through Qazi. And iam willing to give kula, already so many time explain this is not issue to shortcut our problem. Can I do 2nd marriage, without knowing her. Plz suggest me

main ap sabhi se ye janna chahti hu k agar husband apni wife aur 2 sal k bachhe ko chhor de.tb kya krna chahiye.maine aur mere husband ne 07.05.2014 ko love marriage ki.mujhe huband kabhi sasural ni le gaye.wo bihar se hai aur main kanpur se.hmara ek beta hai.abhi 2.6 year ka hai.husband bahar rahte hai job perpose se.january 2018 me unhone ye kah kar chhor diya k main dur rah kr demand puri karunga.but tere pas ni rahunga
rahi bat rahne ki to itna batna kafi hai k mera beta apne pita ko pahchanta nahi hai.4 month ka tha jb job k karan bahar gaye.Dec-15 me hua tha beta .tb se lekr aj tk 4 tym aaye wo.last time sep-17 me aaye they.meri koi job ni h .mummy papa ki financially condition thik ni hai.bache ka admission mama ne karaya hai.
mujhe apne liye kuch ni chahiye kya bete ke prati bhi koi farj nahi hai ?????

since my grandfather's time (1963) our family is settled in rajasthan but our ancestral village is in maharasthra. We fall in obc category in both maharashtra and rajasthan.
My father's paternal cousin's son has got his obc certificate so can i use reference of his obc certificate to get mine here in rajasthan and what's the procedure to do so ?

My marriage happened through online matrimonial site, the girl family concealed her medical condition and given us her false detail regarding age and employment. The girl is diagnosed with Epilepsy and she is born in different month and i am not sure of her employment either but before marriage she said she is working as a govt employee.When I recovered the truth the girl’s family simply told me that if you do not accept we will put you under various cases. Now being influential they have put me under false DV case, what should I do? Girl lives with her parents in different state and we only lived as couple for 35 days only on a span of 5 months.
Now i have applied for divorce in my State, but the girl had also applied for the divorce in her State , district but after i have filed for divorce . As both divorce cases can not continue simultaneously, which divorce case will run. Do i have to inform the the girls court regarding divorce filed by me. How to do that
