Hello Everyone,
I got married around 8 months back according to muslim culture. But i came to know about my wifes affairs 2 months back. My wife left my house and started living with her parents. She is working and earning good. She is threatening me that she will file dowry and domestic violence case against me. We have not taken any dowry, instead we gave them money to perform the marriage. Divorce

Today i became case no. Judge passed an order which directs the respondent to refrain from domestic violence against me and my kids.. the case posted for next hearing on 18/11/2018.. what i want to understand is what should be the next step forward. My advocate just does not speak anything.. or maybe she herself is not clear.. i found to be very unprepared in the first hearing itself.. my specific ??s
1. What is the step wise nxt process.. is there a specific process.
2. What should be preparations for next hearing.
3. I have mentioned about 27 points in my appeal.. wl all that be heard point wise.. each hearing one point and so on...
4. In the mediation process.. is it for specific time allotment.. like 10mnts 15 mnts.. or is it one sitting and entire plea is heard...
5. My marriage is of over 23yrs.. and so has been my suffering..
6 is there a possibility of me getting some case papers... for my understanding the whole process...

Torture from mother in-laws

Hi, Am having a baby girl of 18 months. Am staying with mother in-laws as my husband is the only son to my mother in-law. Am having 2 sister in law's as well.

My problem is am facing lot of mental torture because of my mother in law and even my father in law uses bad words while talking to me which I didn't like. I told this many times to my husband but he is ignoring my words. I started shouting at my husband and he started beating me infront of all family members. This process is going like that.
I would like to put pulstop to all these things I requested my husband to stay separately then he rejected.
I heard that if wife asks to live separately when there is only son to a mother, then he can give divorce to his wife. Is this true.
If that is the case I have to struggle my entire life with this mental and physical torture.
Please help me.

Dv act

Respected sir/madam
A case in the dv act was filed by my sister in law against us in the month of March 2018.Both my parents and three of us brother's (second eldest is the husband) had been made parties. We collected the summons sent to our house by post and 4th August 2018 was fixed for hearing.I hired a local lawyer and he got signatures of the in-laws(4 of us) on one vakalatnama and the husband's signature on a different vakalatnama for appearance on our behalf. He appeared on our behalf and told us that 6th September 2018 has been fixed for filing written objections. He told me to get it prepared by a senior lawyer and give it to him for filing before 6th.However when I called him on 3rd sept for giving him the written objections he told me that a compromise has already been made.I told him that no such compromise has been made by us he told me to check the records and since then is avoiding me.Sensing that something is wrong I checked the records through an advocate on 6th and found that on 4th August 2018(1st date) itself my advocate didn't file the husband's vakalatnama and the case was proceeded ex parte against him while for us(other 4 inlaws)he got the date on 6th September for filing Written objections.Therafter my advocate without informing us put up a joint petition along with the petioner's counsel stating that a compromise was being initiated between both the parties and the petioner wants to withdraw the case. The magistrate hence sent both the parties for mediation to Dlsa on the same day at 4pm and asked the mediator to send his report. The mediator in his report states that both parties are personally present and a compromise has been worked out.My advocate has signed on the husband's behalf in the mediator's order and in the space for deponent's signature has forged the husband's signature.Subsequently the mediator's order was sent to the MAGISTRATE who disposed of the case on the grounds of compromise.
I request you to guide me that since no such compromise of any kind has been ever done by us or my brother what should we do in the present situation as my brother is unwilling to continue in the relationship. And if we are to appeal against the disposed case whom shall we appeal against and in which court.
Thanking u in Anticipation.

My case was posted for orders after final arguments in the merits of the case . But unfortunately the PO was transferred. Now the Court is vacant from nearing two months. Now when new PO comes do we need to do the final Arguments once again? Is there any citation available to proceed to order??

I have dispute my wife due to some personal reasons as a result my father in law had petition in Police station after that my wife parents request circle inspector to send them to court. I am still ready to live with her but my wife parents wants to seprate us.
I have a daughter 14month baby girl, they refused take her even at thr presense of CI police, since 20days my daughter with me.

My queries;
1. in family court how they make counselling, can my wife parents allowed there to attend and also can they permissible to speak there in counselling between me & my wife? Or only husband & wife attend and face to judges?

2. Can i request there to talk with my wife for few minutes in personal?

3. Can i request to ask in court to give us some times to spend together?( Like 1 day 1 week or one month?)

4. can i submit any complaints agaist my father-in-law ?
