I got married on may-2009. my wife deserted me from oct-2009 .I approached her in nov-2010 for MCD(thru Adv notice) but she dint reply, rather she send me an threatening Adv notice of 498,domestic violence& demanding huge money in march-2011 on contrary I filled a DV on basis of Mental cruelty in may-2011 my residing state(a).summons were issued twice, her father replied dat her daughter is not staying with him in state(a) and is staying in a different state(b) Wid her brother.3Rd time Court ordered pasting & publication in State (a) As I dint knew her temporary address in state(b). Now she has filled a case of domestic violence against me from state(b).
1) Whether I Shud attend the case in state(b).??
2) Whether I shud inform in my state(a) about the recent case filed against me in state (b).??
3) Is it necessary to inform in state (b) dat my dv petition is in final stage in state(a).??

Dear Sirs,
My wife is very cruel. I waited long time before I filed divorce. Now it is on W.S. stage. My very very old mother takes her side and says I have beaten her and my mother too. No evidence by way of medical check or first aid through police. My mother is destructive in nature and also bedridden. She is bothered more about her own care which as a woman my wife does a little though mother pays for her own day time nurse.My mother also used to say my elder sister used to beat her?? I have those written statements from her 5 years ago. She does not have a healthy mind.
How should this matter be taken up in court???

sir ,my friend was accused in the case, that case status was trial.but the plaintiff produced the forged document before the court.we want to file affidavit under section 340 read with 195. how to file a affidavit and give me a solution and profama for affidavit .is it right way to proceed?. I may be given to understand that what is the minimum requirement of the Age and qualifications of "Pundit Or Priest" to perform the Hindu Marriage Cermony in the Temple premises or otherwise. Is age criteria is stipulated under the provisions of law, kindly quote the provisions.

If one asks for counselling and then the other neglects for counselling what will happen.I would ask the onus to allow me to talk with my wife and if my wife says no to that under ifluence what will happen next.Is it neccessary for the counseling approval of two parties.

Dear experts I consulted with some staffs in the court and lawyers about my issue they said that the your wife's word is all.If she says that you forced before the judge nothing can be done.Even if she lies that will be true before them.

1)Can the petitioner's advocate question or cross examine the respondent in the family court?
2)Can the Respondent himself or herself question or cross examine the Petitioner?

In a tragic accident, a friend of mine lost his only son living behind a widowed daughter in law and a young just born boy child, who is now 4 years. The friend arranged for second marriage of his widowed daughter in law, who is happyly living now. with her consent he kept the grand son for bringing him up, as the only sign of his deceased son.
Now whenever he approaches Banks for depositing money in FDs for future provision in the name his minor grand son, the Banks are asking for Guardianship, he is also willing to make him nominee for his flat/property and other savings. What legal document he needs which will be legally acceptable in all these. What is the procedure. Pleas guide.
