Hello.
I was applied pitiion last year June,2010 against my wife in nadiad, gujarat on crulty basis and mentally harrasment to my family and me. Actually i have alreay separate from my wife more than one year and then file the above pitition. she slapped to my mom and give metal harressent to my family.
She are not attending hearing regular basis and i got only date of this case.Also her Advocate is not come to court last five hearing just last hearing came.
Now she file another case under section 9 and section 125 in Ahmedabad family court.
Please give advise what i am doing now.
I want divorce from her.

Sir,
I have my name included in our ration card.After my marriage i moved to another location,currently i need the ration card for some documentary evidence,but my younger brother & sister are not letter me the ration card.
What course of action can be taken.
I had visited the local police stn to complaint the same,but they say that this is my family matter.
pl advice.

Respected Experts,
I am in a very upset mood.I have got relief from you all expressing my worries here.please guide me in this situation also.
I have two sons elder one is 8 years and younger one is three years old.My elder son was very much attached to my husband.Though husband left us for his mistress I took Shared house hold order and now living in the same house but in separate floor.
The step I took not separate my son from his father is now giving lots of sufferings and tensions.My son passes more time with father and in laws than me.That is not the question , I dont have any objection if he likes passing time playing with his cousin who is 3 years older than him.During the time my husband and in-laws brainwashes him against me , so he is becoming uncontrolable for me.he does not hear me at all and all the time he stays with me keeps fighting with his younger brother who likes him very much!Creates tantrum whenever i say him anything.
Yesterday evening husband brought him to my
floor and told my maid to keep him with us as he keeps fighting with his cousin.So he kept playing with my little son.At About 9.30 they took two sticks and keep running here there where chances of accident to any of them were sure, so i took the sticks tactfully.My elder son demanded that if i dont give him the stick then he will not take meal instead he threw all the food from his plate before the younger son who was having his dinner.
I was very angry and slap him fr throwning food .He called shouting his father who came up and took him to their residence .Then came back alone after sometime and fought with me for slapping her.
Now, what should i do if my husband and in-laws brainwashes him and give indulgence to wrong doings of him?
I smsed my husband that if you like and able to keep him in a better way than me, then keep him.I just want him to be a good person in future aand moreover he will be in front of my eyes as we are in the same premises.
Will this sms help him in getting child custody?Is there anything about child-custody while living in shared household?Will i loose my dearest son??

hi
my husband has filed divorce case in civil court bandra .i have to contest the case as there is no other way .
to get awareness i just want to know...
why he has not put in some other court like family or matrimonial.can there be some reason behind to put divorce case in civil court?
if i contest the case can i put an additional case of domestic violence and maintainence or criminal case in family court from the place i am staying which comes under distt thane?
can i do case on my husband from my son's side who is a major if yes on what basis?
if i get intrim maintenance what amount can i get if my husband's salary is 1.70L+ and how much time will it take ?
plz advice me

Sir,
My wife filled a false DVA on my family thru Protection Officer. She has given Main Petition & Interim Petition seeking 10k & said that her Jewels are with us. We have given counter for both main & interim. We have a recorded evidence for her father stating that " Jewels & money said in the case are false not true".
1. Is the evidence valuable?
2. They are seeking for interim maintenance[I.M] only after I.M whether they can withdraw main petition?
3. If the I.M is granted how long i have to pay?

Dear Sir,
Me filed DVA no me by his father advice. Then filed RCR on her for reunion and Visting rights of my 3 yr old male child. The judge asked her to bring the child to court. For continuous 3 hearing she didn't bought the child & his lwayer told that they will give a counter. In DVA on the time of Interim maintenance petition by her I was not in job & we have given the counter, but now I got a job hearing around 15000 P.M. Will it be a problem.
1. Can I get my visiting rights?
2. If maintenance is granted How much I should give?
3. Can I ask Split custody?

Hi
My brother got married in Oct'2009. His wife family is settled in Chennai. For some reason the girl is not interested to go ahead with the relation. Since last Feb'11 she is staying with her parents in Chennai and never taken effort to return or call and same action from her family.
Both are willing to amicably file a divorce case. I want to know which way we can get the divorce in shortest period of time. Is it possible to get divorce without his wife coming to Mumbai. Marriage was registered with Kalyan Municiple ward.
We want to file for damages and mental harassment caused to my brother and family, since the girl has failed to save the relation due to her selfish attitude.
Pls advice which way we should move.

I am perparing counter for false 498A case against me. request your support for the same

Police took me for 2 days PC at my home where Istreedhan/articles were not recovered.

My bail order is as follows

Arguments on application for bail heard. The applicant
is in JC since 07-12-2011. No dowry articles have been recovered.
No cash amount have been refunded to the complainant. It is
submitted by the counsel for accused that the accused shall
make payment, if any, to the complainant only if he is bailed out.
No purpose would be served by keeping the accused
in JC. The present being a family dispute. Accordingly, the
accused is released on interim bail upon furnishing personal
bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- and one surety of like amount till
16-01-2012.
Both the parties are directed to appear before
Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of settlement on on
06-01-2012 at 2.00 p.m. The accused shall attend the
proceedings before Mediation Centre and is directed to make

The mediation also has failed as she was asking for 35 lakhs ransom.
My question to the learned members is
1-Do i have to deposit some amount to get regular bail
2-What are the chances of getting regular bail
3-What is the best possible way to get regular bail
4-If i get regular bail do i have to provide new Surity person(Zamaanti) or the same old zamaanti will do. My problem is that getting a zamanti in Delhi as i belongs to Bareilly UP and don't know anyone in delhi
