Hi Experts,
I've applied petition for divorce under Null & Void in the family court. But for some reasons the court is not accepting my petition. The court has been sent 4 times for corrections in the petition. My wife is also ready to sign the mutual papers. My question is: Am I able to apply for mutual divorce now. Please suggest me a favourable solution.

Hi , am a house wife. I have no details about my husband salary and expensedetails as I am staying with in-laws.
He is giving his salary to my mother in law . Am taking care of my self and my kid with money which I have saved earlier while working.
I have stopped doing job due to some health issues. Now am asking my husband to take care of me and my baby.
But he is not listening my words and just ignored and said that he has no money. Please do let me know can I ask for his salary details and expenses.

My friend was facing a court case as adulterer which was registered in court on may 2016. He is not summoned till now. Now what is effect of Supreme Court judgement of abolish IPC 497 on him. Does the case will continue or dismissed.

Dear All,
My wife has filed a petition U/sec 125 Crpc to get the maintenace in 2008. I live on rented accomodation. My wife give the false infomation about her job before the marriage, whereas as per statement of her father she was worked before marriage. We have won the 498A/407/313 Case.
I have admitted that my Salary is Rs.20,000 and I live in rented house.
Neither Court has consider on that she deposed false before the hon'ble court reagarding her job before marriage nor has consider on that she has registered a false case U/sec 498a/407/313. Which we have won from session court.
The Family court has decided the case and passed a order on dated 07.07.2018 and give me direction to pay Rs.5000.00 to my wife and Rs.5000.00 to my daughter Per month.
Should I have to file an appeal bofore the hon'ble High Court to get the some relief becuase i am paying rent 4500/- PM + Conveyance + exepess for livehood. Plesae let me know that how can i survive
Please suggest to me what can i do

Few days before getting the final verdict paper in hand, wife filed a petition in court stating that she want 10k as maintenance and she cannot keep her child custody.
Earlier it was decided that husband will pay 10k for child and 5k to wife for rent. Wife is a govt employee.
How many petitions can be filed by either party at this stage of case?
Being the child is of 7-8 years, who will take the custody of the child? The father is out of the country due to work for about 300 days in an year.

I am currently 25. I am having a long relationship with a boy since 3years.
My question is the boy with whom Im in relationship since such a long time has promised me to marry. He established s*xual relationship with me and got intimated as we were planning to marry each other. I really love this boy and completely involved in his emotionally. He is refusing for marriage as I am of different cast and her family is not allowing us for intercast marriage. But he is Muslim in open category and I'm also Muslim but in NTVJ category. He tried to convince them. But they are not ready too accept us. and he also for marrying me. But his family memebers refused and he also refused for marriage. Just because his family refused me the boy is also not contact me. I know he has family pressure that's why he did this to me. I think this is only false issue of intercast marriage that he is creating with me. The thing is he does not wanted to marry with me as he knows he will get much good groom by he family. But he is living with his uncle (mother's bother) and they uncle created issue about cast. Just help me out in this situation. My family is supporting me. But a boy is now not contact me.

I was got the divorce in July 18, and My Friend have already filled HMA13 for divorce.
she want to live with me even her divorce case is pending.
if we staying in one house is there any problem from her husband or what (legally).
If I have divorce decree then is my past wife is eligible to submit any case against me?
please help me

Hello,
I need some advise for my cousin's case.
She is Canadian PR & got married to a Indian boy.
Soon after marriage boy's family started harassing her for money & other expensive items like phone , refrigerator, laptops, I pad etc & for jewelry too as she was in Canada .
They kept all her Stridhan & her own jewelry in their custody.
They were harassing her by phone calls abusing her etc. but at the same time boy use to emotionally blackmail her to help them so she use to send money to them.
But their greed was not getting satisfied that they beat her up for money while she was pregnant & soon after that she had miscarriage.
But the boy was still using her tactics to keep her emotional.
After some time boy joined her in Canada as she sponsored him as spouse & now after getting her Permanent residency PR he abandoned her.
(there was 2 year clause in Canadian PR so he stayed with her for 2 years just to meet that clause)
Now she lost all her money, jewelry all her stridhan.
She has started as 498a against the boy and his family but CAW cell is asking her to appear until then they will not take any action against the family. Boy's family are missing the dates & are enjoying their life.
Please suggest me what else can she do legally against them & is right that CAW cell will not take any action unless she come to india & appear.
Your advises will be highly appreciated.
