My wife is staying with me in rented house at present. Can I file divorce petition even if my wife is staying with me at present in same house?

My wife had filed false 498-A case against me in 2010, and once the trial began her parents and she turned hostile. Stating she filed complaint in anger and there was no truth in her complain.
I have been acquitted in January 2012,my question is can I file a case against her and her parents for falsely implicating me and my family in 498 A?

is the report of sub divisional police officer's report is Public Document?
sir in my case, one Mr. X filed a compliant in DLSA by stating that he has been harassed by Police. Immediately the DLSA forwarded the compliant to Sub Divisional Police officer, calling for report. the Sub Divisional Police officer sent his Report, to DLSA.
Now my doubt is sir the Report of Sub Divisional Police Officer is to DLSA is a Public Document or not?

is police receiption register/general diary entry is a public document?
i filed the same in the court. but the other side counsel objected that contents of it is not proved.
but i came to know that the receitpion register is a public document, and the contents of it need not proved.
please suggest me supreme court citation sir regarding the receiption register, the contents need not be proved.

petition under section 125 of Cr.P.C was settled before Lok-Adalath. Later, whether the petitioner can file an application u/s 127 of Cr.P.C for alteration of maintainance amount?

In Session our Advocate undertook to pay Rs. 1.0 lakh to the complainant. to which we have not paid. Later she filed cancellation of Bail which the Session Judge allowed and our Bail got cancelled.
Now we have made an appeal to the High Court, but the judge has said that your aDvocate has undertaken, so you have to pay Rs. 1.0 lakh (Please note husband - Accused No. 1 is not party to the application as we have made him go away from India to work in abroad)
Please give me citations for the same and Supreme Court rulings that money cannot be a crteria for sanctioning of bail

My lawyer is prpearing a divorce application for me. I want to include details like how i am much i am suffering because of ny wifes torture. She made complaint in the police station . Becaue of police , i suffered mentally a lot. I also suffered insomina,stress, depression etc. I also underwent auervedic treatment.
I was recently diagonized that one of volve in my heart is getting infected. I am undegoing treatment. I am struggling a lot without proper help.
I want to include these details in my divorce application. But my lawyer is saying these informations are not required.
Please advice me on this matter.

My friend is suffering from his husband from last 8 years but she was waiting for change in his attitude but he was not change at all
The main issue of this case is
My friends husband has affair with another woman before the marriage and his family has hide the matter and marriage process completed,now he was not caring family and he was shared room with lover and not caring the wife and 2 children.
