Hi,
i have an case in which civil judge Senior division has passed an order u/s 24 of Hindu marriage act and directed to pay 4000/- per month to applicant wife.Now plz tell me this order is revisable or i have to approached under art.226 and 227 before High court or anything else.plz guide me.

Hello respected sir, Me and my husband applied for divorce by mutual consent. Its been a year now, havent heard anything from him nor from his lawyer. How can i find out the status of the same. As my husband's lawyer is also not helping me giving the information nor the case number

I am separated with my husband since 20 months and in between 23 months. my husband and nobody from his family came at my home to get me back.I tried my level best for going back and again start our married life but always my husband put some excuses and hold this matter for further discussion.Now i file domestic violence case against him and during my first hearing i came to know hat he already filed section 9 and divorce case against me.he never sent me any information and any notice for those cases.this is very shocking for me, as he was continuously in touch with me and always talk about our happy married life and patch up.After that , with the suggestion of my lawyer i filed 498a against him and his parents. they all got arrested and get immediately bail too.He cheated me, ignore me , but still i really don't want to loose him.i want to stay with him.Please suggest me what should i do next.is there any hope in my relationship.please suggest me.

we are forming a partnership firm....I would like to add myself as a KARTA of MY HUF to this partnership firm...Is it ok or any legal or technical problem is there ? partnership firm will be for construction perpose....

please let me know what are the measures to save from a false dowry case (498 a) ??
we just came to know that girl side filed false dowry case against my bro, mom and big bro. Thereafter 5 days hence my bro filed a CP case with sections 323, 341, 379,386, 497 against them (where accused are bro's wife , mother in law and third person who was having relationship with her). The court sent that case for further investigation and that converted into GR . Thereafter supervision made by SP,DSP and IO. After supervision it was found true what my bro filed. And then Second accused got arrested and sent to jail. Till date their false dowry case didn't come into cognizance. What next should we do now ?? Isn't there any problem now na???

i want to ask about my mother's right,according to indian constitution what rights my mother have over my father's salary.sir we are 6 sibling,among which we two sister got married in january 2013,my sister was working as a lacturer and by her earning the home expances was running,now there is 2 brother and 2 sisters are living with my parents,my father is Govt. employee but pay nothing to home,my mother and sibling are at the verge of starvation,please sir guide us what should we do so that my mother can get the expances from my father.

Just have some new queries w.r.t my current situation.
My background is, I have been married for 15.5 years, with a 7 year old son. In-laws stay together with us.
Main issues have been mental harassment by in-laws and husband, constant abusive language by husband, constant threats of divorce by husband, husband constantly competing on the child and hampering my efforts at raising the child, husband constantly claiming it is his house and telling me ‘get out’ whenever there is any argument, though house is in my name as well. Basically there is no marriage – just a basic staying together for the sake of child. I am indecisive about divorce, due to the child being affected, as well as any risk of losing custody.
So I was exploring other options.
Currently I wanted to check – if there is constant mental harassment, are there any options to give warning/enforce etc ( such as domestic violence laws, 498A, FIR, calling husband to counseling through police women cell etc) without having to go for divorce?
I read of some article (within India) – where through women cell, husband was coaxed to come for counseling and it improved matters.
Or maybe light warning given to the husband etc. (don’t know whether by court, or by police) without formal case etc.
Am not quite sure about these options, could someone help in giving details?

1. it is possible if girl's parent file case of dahej against boy's parent after sagai and before marriage ????
2. If girl's parent threatining boy's parent as they file case against boy's family as Sagai was already done. Now they dont want to do anything from there side like reception and function and all expense should be bear by boy's family. Then in this case - how can a boy's family will protect themselve ???

A husband and wife want early divorce. Wife files the case for divorce. The husband in his reply states that wife is telling all lies but he does not object to the case. Will court grant divorce immediately.

Mistakes in court order
Hi,
The magistrate had passed the an order in the DVC asking me to pay rent to my wife.
But though I have no issues in paying the rent, couple of questions remain.
(1) There are factual mistakes in the order for e.g., that we stayed 1.5yrs together whereas we stayed only 8months together and that we went abroad for honeymoon which we did not etc. What action should be taken to correct these?
(2) My wife is not giving me her bank account number while final date of paying money to her is fast approaching. What should I do if she does not give me her bank details?
