Do SDO under senior citizen tribunal have authority to give judgement to return money if father is trying to proof that property was agreed to taken on father and son name but later after 8 year he discovered that it's on son name only in index 2 that he find after 8 years

Can senior citizen tribunal order son to return money father paid to builder to buy property in name of his son 9 year ago but father now claiming money from senior citizen court.

Hello all respected learned
wife admitted case under section 125 of crpc against husband and from the date of filling the said case she used to live separate from her husband (this duration is approximately 3 years) meanwhile husband and wife entered in compromise by the mutual consent with the permission of the court and started to live with each other on the said condition that if wife wish she will withdraw her case after the one week (next date of hearing ) but when she came before the court after one week she returned at her home of parents saying that harassment is same to same and not interested to live with husband and deserted her husband
after the said incident husband lodged suit for dissolution of marriage under section 13 1 i and other section and for the oppose suit of the husband from the wife side an application came to dismiss suit because she lived for one week hence it is the bar of limitation to file marriage petition
so please refer any judgment in same type case court held that when for compromise basis wife lived with her husband for one week it does not come to perview of constant marriage life

I have filed contested divorce and in mediation my wife also agreed for divorce. No terms mentioned regarding whether it’s mutual or contested. Even my advocate said that it can be discussed outside not in the mediation Center.
Now my wife side is asking for mutual divorce, shall we not get order on my contested divorce application based on mediation report?? My wife side advocate is asking to withdraw current petition and file mutual consent divorce. I’m not okay with mutual divorce. Whatever agreed in mediation Center is on current petition right?

Sir I'm a girl nd I'm 18+ I want to leave my house with my own decision coz I've been tortured by my family side they r pressuring me to get married...nd they r so abusive mentally physically nd emotionally that each nd every day I thought to attempt suicide but no I want to build my career nd live a happy lyf ..can my parents forcefully take me back to home ? Divorce, alimony, share of property and maintenance
A (male) married B (female) under special marriage act only because of one qualification i.e. B's obedient and sober nature.
The marriage did not work as per the original plan.
The original plan was that A would financially take care of family and B would remain a housewife. However after the birth of their child, B took up full-time job in a private company breaching the trust of A.
A has a government job and has 50 percent salary more than B.
A and B are not in talking terms.
B threatens to file for divorce from time to time because B expects A to completely financially suppport the house and A is only partially doing the same. A currently has no plan for divorce.
B threatens to A and reminds him that he is a government servant and he can be easily controlled by various means. (Through police and court)
A is currently partially supporting the house and has told B to also partially support financially because B is now a working woman.
B is reluctant to spend for house stating that B is working for own self.
What finally A wants is that B should leave job and be a housewife and at the most if at all B wants to work for self then try to look for opportunities from home (i.e. part time work from home) so that B's full-time presence at home will help in smooth functioning of home.
B demands 50 percent of A's salary to sit at home.
B comes from a financially not well to do background and A comes from middle class background.
A also suspects B supporting her maternal home financially (even when B has two brothers and 1 unmarried sister there). A does not agree to this.
In case of any uncertain event of divorce , how can A safeguard against B and save himself from paying alimony and division of its property and division of its in laws property to B ?
