I am 36 years old. I married my husband in the year 2008. it was a love marriage. I had some family issues, that is my father had expired and my sister had expired she had two children whom I am taking care of. My husband is a doctor and I am working for an MNC firm.
Before marrying my husband I had informed my husband that I will keep my sis children and my mom with me, he had agreed and got married. after my marriage the third day, he wanted a divorce as his parents where not happy with the marriage. However I had managed the situation for 5 years. there has been situation where my husband has not come to see me when I was carrying for 3 months. I have been in mental tortures. I have a 2 year old son and the same this is being repeated. Now I am not working. I dont want my son to be in trouble as I feel that he doesnt care for me. he alwys creates a fight. There has been time that there was a girl who actually wanted to marry him, but did not happen as he had married me already. I am not sure what is there in his mind.I feel that he is nt interested in this marriage I need your advice.please suggest

I got married last year in November and from the very first day my inlaws started interfering in my house and gradually things became worse.After two months my wife started asking me for divorce,in few instances she was at her parents house and on phone she started arguing with me on small things and used to ask for divorce.Before two months she went from my house by giving excuse that I she will be back in a week but after that she started asking for divorce over phone and she has laid 2 conditions in front of me 1)Either I buy my own house then she will come or else 2)she needs 15k per month from me as maintenance and she would be living at her parents house. Every fortnight she asks for divorce over phone and abuses me and threatens me that she will charge me in dowry case and will drag to the court.From the very begning after the marriage my parents have not been staying with me in Delhi and neither my all married sisters...only twice my parents have visited here to see how we are living..and now she is not ready to come to me unless I fulfill her demands and she is 8 month pregnant and says that she will not give my name to my coming child.I use to visit her once in a week and she creates scene every time. Please suggest me how I can get rid of her and can be safe of dowry case...I do not want to continue with her anymore as they have insulted me and my parents many times..once she also slapped my mother..when I complained this to my mother in law she said why don't you come to our place and live here..
My questions are
1)How can I get rid of her safely
2)If I shift to my native place and file RCR from there would that be a good step
3)Or should I give Talaq to her but what will be the consequences I will have to face then..

is it must for wife to write in the CrPC 125 petition the exact words "unable to maintain" herself ? or writing no income and financial hardship is good enough?

Hi All,
8 Months ago my wife ask me for divorce and my wife went back to their
parents home and through the panchayat, Panchayat has decided to pay Rs 5 Lakh
to her and these 5 lakh rupees are given to panchayat on the same day by us.
Panchayat descide to give these 5 lakh to her after the final descision of court.
we both has sign on stamp paper of Rs 200 in panchayat and we both have submit a application to court through our lawyer
and give statement to Court we are agree on this divorce and descide that my son will live with me. Court give us 7 more months to think about this again .
Now the next date of court is coming,that is on 16 Aug 2013. Now she wants to
come back to me, but i don't want this now. I have a son. He is 7 years old. He is
living with me and i want him also.Please suggest me what can i do and what
legal actions she can take on me or on my family.

I have read in newspaper that under Senior Citizen Act Senior Citizen are entitled for free treatment in respect of their income in any Government/Private Hospital. Please give detail so that large number of Senior citizen can take benefit of this Act.

My wife did 498A on me. She is director in my company. She and myself were the only directors. She owns 0.05% shares in company. Rest all shares I own. I used her resignation letter to get her resigned from business. She filed forgery case on me. Police is about to give charge-sheet in a month for the forgery case and the 498A case both
Meanwhile she has taken out papers from CLB. She is intending to file some case in High Court.
My question is what she can do? Can she halt the entire business. She was never given any director's remuneration. She was not an executive director. What I should do?

my mother died one year befor(2012) she having one house and some agriculture land.
my mother husband also living.
one son died(2011) before my mother death and widow daughter in law with no Issues( that is No and daughter)
and remaining three son are living with his family.
now i want to take legal heir certificate for my mother
pls advise who are legal heir at this junction

Hi,
One of my muslim freind is in lot of problem as she want divorce but her husband is denying it since last 2 years.
I wanted details on how a Muslim girl can take divorce, if his husband is not ready to give the divorce.
The girl was married before 2.1 years at the age of 16 yrs as per her parents order.
But as soon as she went to her husbands house she was mentally & physically torchered & beaten by his husband and her mother in law, even one day they were demanding money from this girl and when she refused to give them money, they made an attempt to burn her by putting kerosene over her body.
The girl called her mother & father & let them know what was happening in the first month of her marriage in her husbands house, her mother & father came to her husband house and took their daughter with them to their own house.
But since last 2 yrs the girls family is in court wanting divorce but the guy is not ready to give divorce.
What should be done to get the divorce ASAP.

Right of caw cell
Sir on 21 Aug 2013 CAW have called me. On Jan 5, 2013 my wife made a complaint in local police station. The complaint was for dowry and harassment. But the complaint was closed on 2nd Feb 2013 by SHO of local police station and no action taken against as my father in law and brother in law has given written statement in local police station to SHO that her in laws of her daughter never demanded dowry and there was no type of harassment.
I have got the decision copy of the local police in my case through RTI and I have my father in law statement copy as well.
Can I produce these copies of local police station and my father in law statement in CAW cell to avoid registration of FIR under 498?
