Dear experts,
Request your advice in my divorce case.i have filed for divorce and dv case and both the cases are under trials now. My husband and in law s inorder to escape from the dv settlement have cum forward to settle the compensation amount mentioned in the divorce case as it is very less amount of settle ment compared to the dv settlement also my husband wants to get married to someone as soon as possible. ..my question here is if divorce case is over will tat be an advantage to the my husband to escape from giving me the compensation and escape from the dv case am asking you this because this was told and challenged by my husband when we met in court

I need your expert advise to amicably deal with a family situation.
My elder brother expired recently. He had moved out of the house about 12-13 years back. My brother has not contributed much towards family responsibilities esp my mother (neither before marriage nor after). His wife despite being educated and working, left her job abruptly and continued to stay with her ailing father for almost 1 year. During this duration she continued to take compensation from my brother. My brother was naturally unhappy with his marital life and suffered from loneliness.
After his death now, his wife and her brother took away all my brother's belongings including car, clothes, ring, wallet, phone etc. Since she is a legally wedded wife we gave her all belongings without any issues.
Now his final settlement from office is expected. My mother is a homemaker and has no income from pension. His wife on the other hand is well qualified and has work experience. As per his employers, most likely my mother is still showing as the nominee in my brother's records.
I wish to know, if my mother has equal rights on my brother's final settlement or his widow wife can claim everything?
Since neither my brother nor his wife served my mother, I wish my mother to get atleast some compensation through my brother's final settlement.
Please help?

My wife filled a 498-a, 406 case in 2006 and now she has submitted a jewellary bill in 2011(which was of the date of 2004), saying that this was forgetting that time for submission, now that bill is accepted by court and taken on record. I know that this bill is forged bill and make in back date, it has no sales tax/ VAT etc. in this bill. It has only Sr. No. and nothing else.
Now my question is that how can I prove that bill as forged. Kindly guide me. As it is on date of 2004 almost 9 years before. What should I do ?kindly help me. And admission of that bill shows that these items were given in marriage? (bill in the name of wife’s father)..

As after 12 years of just dates .now this case has catch up the speed .
This will deed is registered at notary in 1998 / person expired in 1999/person is government servant /person is hindu with 2 wifes 1 st wife no cildes & second wife has 2 son & 2 daughetrs /will deed has two witness ,one identifier lawer ,doctors certificate (But doctors education is not written clearly )
notary has agreed that this will deed is made in front of him . but register in which it is registered is totatlly eaten by ants in year 2002. he do not have any FIR or report for that .
he do not any have any document proof as his register are not aviable now .
out of two witness - one is unable to move now .so we are appointing court commissioner to take his statement .
1st wife tring to prove that this will deed is duplicate . it is favoring more to 2nd wife & her childerns though 1 st wife is given some land & monthly 500 rs as per will deed.
what desiscion court will take ?
as per hindu law or As per will deed ?

Accused got AB for assault case but opponent party filed case only CSR not FIR then both are compromise and gave compromise letter to police station.
how can accused cancellation his AB?

for the past 2 and half me and my wife is living separately. My child of 4 yrs is also with her. My wife is not ready to live with me in my house or rented house. she demands she will live only after the completion of a new house which is under construction and need more money that we cannot find within our limits. She is reluctant to show any love, affection, carefulness and attachment towards me.4 years back I moved to family court for getting my wife back. At court she agreed to live with me in a rented house and did it for 6 to 8 months. Then started to make new house and stopped living with me. What can I do?

The Indian Marriage Act specifies that a girl should have completed 18 years and the boy should have completed 21 years at the time of Marriage.
The Mohammedan law specifies that a girl can be married once she has attained puberty.
1. In my case the boy is 26 years and the girl is 15 years who has attained puberty. Are they eligible to get married?
2. If its permitted, is there any prior approval needed from any concerned authority to avoid any problem at the time of marriage.
3. The marriage is not taking place at a Dharga. It is going to take place at a Marriage Hall. So the possibility of authorities interfering is high. How can this be avoided.

Wife is harrasing me
Hi my wife and i got married in feb 2013,it was a arrange marriage, iam working abroad, iam a Muslim .and upon sympathy i married a poor girl, whose father died did not ask for any dowry or any demand, it was poorly arranged Muslim marriage, but the problems all started from my wife side, because she married me because iam rich, and she wanted to leave lavishly, and wanted to spend too much money, wanted to give money to her parents from my income found out that this is not good to spend all my savings on my wife parents, so i started advising my wife not to do so, then she started torturing me mentally. And her parents started me abusing that iam not a good person, very misery ,and I have undergone all this torture from her and her parents, then she started me comparing with other, in social status and personality etc etc,where as both of us look very good togather.but my wife expectation are too much, she wanted me to buy a lavish house, where she only want to leave without my parents. She wanted me to follow her orders whatever she will say I have to do it, otherwise she will start torturing me, up on completion of vacation which I have taken from my work I return back to the country where iam working, mean while when I was in india,I tried a lot to apply for passport to my wife, due to insufficient documents from her part I could not get it done. now its been 5 months only that I have left my wife in my parents home. she used to always demand me that she wanted to stay at her parents’ home once I will go abroad. But I did not listen to her due to some problems in my family.
Now for my shock all of sudden my wife went to her parents house with out taking my permission, and her mother called me and abused me stating that iam impotent guy that is why I did not take my wife with me to abroad. And my mother in-law and her brother is threatening me that they will go to court and fill a case that iam impotent, she is demanding me to pay her daughter 20 lacks compensation. And my wife want to take divorce from me on this ground basis, and they are spreading this news among my society and relatives. Because every one is blaming their family that they are taking very wrong decision, even their close relatives also on my side only. my in-laws are already having very bad reputation In their area, before marriage nobody told us, now after this issues everyone is telling that my mother in-law did it with her husband also, and her mother did with her father also.
Where in real iam not at all impotent, iam sexually very active guy, I used to participate in sex a lot with my wife, but I don’t know why they are blaming me.i have very good reputation in my town. they are just defaming me because iam no more in their control.
In this situation I wanted to ask you people that,
1.whether my in-laws can fill a case against me under 498A,(in real neither me nor my family demanded or tortured or verbally abuse my wife for dowry) ???whether this particular sections is applicable for all religions in india?????
2.Can I fill defame case against my in-laws with proper medical certificates that iam not at all impotent. ?????
3.can they confiscate my passport so that they want me to stop flying abroad ????
4.what are all the possibilities that they can do against me legally
5.what are all the possibilities that I can do against them legally.
I need best expert suggestion on this issue. Because iam facing too much mental torture and iam not able to focus on my job because of this nuisance.
