Hi,
DV and divorce case between my wife and me are going on. My wife has claimed that I never paid any money for household expense. She submitted her detailed affidavit giving breakup of household expense, children's education expense, transportation expense etc.
While today her salary is good enough to take care of expense, but when I tried to calculate the past expenses by applying the inflation rate, i realised that her salary in the past was not sufficient to cover even her own expense.
Now the question is, will court accept the goverment's published wholesale Price Index based inflation and calculation of past expense using it? Can I also use the same argument in property case filled by my wife?
Will this be considered as a proper proof, or just an argument?

i have filed rcr in mumbai and served rcr summons to my wife in haryana through court bailiff, but in the report he submitted to court has declared that he didnt found the house hence summons are unserved.
my FIL is aware of each and every point i had narrated in the notice as he spoke to me on the day he received the summons over fone asking me why i had written so many things in the notice, which clearly defines that FIL bribed the bailiff.
now court has ordered reissue of the summons and to be served again.
Please advice me how to go through bailiff to serve the summons and get the positive report, i really need my wife back.

wife want divorce but i not gave her divorce, is there any law through which i can stop this. i not know what happned to her may be her mother or some frd or some family member, taught her wrong path, or misguide her. please help me out

I have a client who live in USA ( Indian Citizen) having Passport of USA
His mother has expired in USA leaving some Asset and Back A/c in India
Mother left WILL(USA) and of course dead certificate of mother is available.
He want to apply for a succession certificate in India Although he does not have permanent resident in India but his relatives live in India where he stay and Affidavit of Relative can be give for Resident Purpose
Kindly advise if there would be any difficulty in getting the Succession certificate
Will appreciatey our valuable advise

Sir,
I file dv case in Mumbai lower court. I am submit my Petition in court. But still my verification is pending.
When i submit my petition on 26 Feb , that time assistant of Judge told me come on 14 march for verification then he send a notice to responded. but 13 March my lawyer call & inform me the date was postpone due to judge on leave . the next date was verification is 11 April .
The my question is how much time to require for verification ... .it too long time ..Almost 45 days gone after file a petition.Then no any action take court. My lawyer said it's court processor.

My Wife Filed the Section 12 case after 4 years of marriage and now want to convert her case to Section 13 A, as I submitted for Case dismissal. IS it possible?
Is there a way this Section 12 Case will be converted to Divorce case? do we have any judgments? As Section 12 can not be maintainable after 5 years of marriage, What Stand shall I take for not allowing this transfer of Case from Section 12 to 13A.
