Dear sirs,
The wife is insane person before marriage, but her parents conceal the matter.
Now Husband apply for divorce.
Court appoint his father as Guardian as per section 32 R 15
But Guardian is refused to receive notices in all the modes.
Court cannot pass a exparte order against the insane person.
If court guardian appoint then what will happen.
Or any other suggestions.
Please advice me...

Dear Lawyers
I am based out of Delhi and in a committed relationship for almost two years having been engaged with the girl in October 2013.
Starting from the first few days of my relation I have noticed some abnormal activities (like being physically and verbally violent due to any XYZ trigger reason etc.) at my girl friend's end though the level of complications she has especially created in the recent past have made my life a mess.
She forces me to accept her unreasonable demands of money, leaving my parents and friends, doing whatever she wants me to do, live in relationship etc. and in case I do not do so, she threatens me of committing suicide or damaging me and my parents. For the past few months, she has started sending me and my parents threatening pictures like consuming allout, baygon, cutting her hand etc. Though such instances have always happened, last few months have been even more terrible.
I have always reported every abnormal activity to her mother though was confronted with reasons such as - her 'grahas' are slightly disturbed and we are getting all worships done or you must be doing something wrong with her etc.
I also took her to a couple of Pychiatrists who diagnosed her with Depression and last week took her for counselling as well; however she did not agree to take further help and continued threatening me.
She is also threatening me of false rape attempts and says that she will make me and my family pay as we both were in physical relationship too (have everything documented)
Please advise me of what legal options do I have in order to stop any undue hassle that she might create in future.

i love a girl who is 17 years old .her parents are against our marriage.she is telling me to escape with her because her parents are beating and harassing her..i want to marry her when she will turn 18 years old but her parents warned me that if u marry with her we will file an fir against u and will make duplicate age proofs of her ..my gf is in very serious problem ..please help me

Respected Experts , After my dowry demand compliant against my husband and inlaws , FIR got registered thru Mahila Thana (Women Police Station) . Now my husband got bail after he surrendered ( while his AB was rejected by session court) . Police has put the file in the court and on every date my husband is appearing along with his adocate for charge framing . My advocate is saying that myself will be summoned to appear in the court after the charge framing is done. As of now neither me nor my advocate is appearing in the case of 498a. Now my query is 1) will it not effect on the case that niether me nor my advocate is appearing on the hearing date of this case. 2) how much normal time court is taking to frame the charge ?

Sir I got married in 2009.this was 2nd marriage because my first wife got expired in 2005.I have explained my past to my second wife and their family before marriage.His uncle is also doing job with me. i m having one son (10 yrs)form first wife and second son (3 yrs) with second wife. from starting my wife got frustrated because of her marriage and do not want to stay with me. in 2009 she left me her family also did want to sent back her but due to social pressure and guided by her relative she came back.whenever she went to her home she refused to come back from her home.I requested to her then she came back.Now since last year she stayed with her parent and refused to come back. i requested to her and their family members bt they are blaming for my first wife son and in-Law.they didnot allow me to talk with my son. and informed to forget my son and my wife otherwise they will trap me in DOWRY CASE etc. whereas i didnot take a single penny with them. please guide me how can i save myself and my mother.

SIR, IN MY LAST QUERY I ASKED ABOUT IF MY WIFES PREVIOUS DIVORCE TOOK BY MAKING FORGED SIGNATURE OF HER, AS I GOT REMARRIED TO HER. LATER I COME TO KNOW ABOUT THAT SO U GUIDED ME THAT I CAN APPLIED FOR MARRIAGE NULL AND VOID, BUT WHAT HAPPENED IF;
1. sir what happened if hand writing expert says that it is not her signature but she says that it is her signature.
2. actually she never come to court her mother has made her signature, because that signature is matching with her mother handwriting.

Wife staying with her mother
since last april 2013 my wife is staying with my lone mother in law with my daughter due to some severe arguments and i slapped her. i have tried all efforts sothat she can come back. she has not filed any case against me till now in one year. i had sent her money till december 2013 @ monthly 6000-6500/- per month. but the school fees of my daughter @ 2500/- per month i am giving till now. she kept silent on my not sending money. She said to my people that she is not going to stay with me under one roof. neither she is filing any case of divorce against me. i am at a fix for more than one year. she is not allowing me to my daughter in the mother inlaw's house.
please advice what course of action i should take. i am quite perplexed at her behaviour since if she had any clear motif she would have reacted towards me either by 498a or a divorce file or may be crpc125.
