Annulment case appeal filed by opposite party is pending in High Court in hearing stage last 5 yrs, and the case is not taken up for the last 2 yrs. Last status shown in website is in 2021, weekly list, for hearing, not taken up. I have already filed for early posting in 2019. My advocate says petitioner is dragging the case. So, in this context, what could be the reason for the delay and what could be done from side to speed up the process? Can the party directly send a complaint to Registrar?

10 years back, we went to register office and completed a POA agreement for my dad.
He died 2 years ago.
my dad has 2 sons.
i am youngest.
No i want to sell the land or sell my part of land or get my half share separately under my name.
1. Do i have half of the property ownership for myself?
2. Do i need consent with the 1st son to sell the whole land?
3. Can i register half of the land under my name?
i want to have my own share or sell my own share.
Can you pls provide sugessino and guidance.

We got married in 2017 (Hindu) in India.She lived happily with our family members for about 10 days. Then we both left to USA.She lived with me (work from home)for six months without any major issues. As her employer didn't permit work from home,,she went to her place in USA.By 2018 end , she visited me to find a job in my place. She was with me for three days, visiting the nearby picnic places and moved away once for all as it was impossible for her to find a job in my place. By 2019 end ,at the instigation of her father, she came to India to register a COMPLETELY FALSE FIR without any preliminary enquiry (my parents were in USA at that time) and a divorce petition on cruelty grounds and went back to USA.We not only gave strong reply but also levelled charges against her.As we both were not interested in living together ,divorce was granted in 2021 without inquiring the charges . FIR quash was moved .Meanwhile she influenced to file charge sheet and so our petition was dismissed.
I am an Indian citizen and has not visited India in the last six years. Soon after registering FIR ,she influenced to issue LOC against me and my father by DC .This fact is not mentioned in charge sheet. and IO is unaware of it. We came to know when my father tried to move out of country two months back. Our advocate filed sec 91 petition ,which is still pending with the trial court. My parents and my brother's family got AB in 2020 itself and they attend trial hearings. For me ,till this time no summons was issued, though my advocate has given them my USA address
On arriving India in the beginning of 2020, she brought police to our home ,took my parents in illegal custody for three days and took my father to the bank locker where she had kept her jewels in E or S name and took all the jewels listed and kept her She has misinformed the police that I had jewels.
1)As she left her matrimonial home in USA and took shelter in her sister's house in USA for about 10 months, as per Rupali Devi's case, whether the court in her parental home has jurisdiction,as none of the alleged offences are said to have occured there in her parental home .Can quash is possible on this ground ?
2) I donot want to leave USA, whether LOC will create a problem here for local travel and visiting other countries
3)Whether LOC can be quashed without a copy of it ? How easy/difficult to quash LOC for both of us ?
4)Some suggest that ,if I donot come to India, the case will die by itself--is it true?
5)All her things were handed over and receipts got .It seems their motive is to extract huge money for compromise .Apart from defamation, what other offensive cases can be filed against her
6)Any other suggestion to fight this legal terrorism and come out successfully.
None of our family members told even a harsh word on her and there were only petty quarrels between both of us.Her father wants to take vengeance on all of us and extract money

When you're in a relationship the worst thing you can find out is a cheating spouse. Recently I noticed a change of behavior in my husband. Here I am husband my wife filed 498A case upon me and my family members in 2003, and also filed a case for maintenance in 2004.Hence the dowry case is resulted as not guilty. In MC awarded Rs 1500/- per month. I can challenge that MC at The District Court as result set aside .She goes to The High court and restored lower court order for MC at the rate of Rs 1500/- per month (2006).After I can take a chance at The Supreme Court of India filed a SLP for dismiss the maintenance order but petition was dismissed for condone delay 15 days.
Then she filed a DVC in 2008 after a long period for recovery her gold and enhancement of maintenance as result there is no evidence for recovery gold and awarded additional maintenance Rs 4000/- for Rs 1500/- for which grant in C.R.P.C 125.After I can challenge at The District Court on DVC judgment, She also challenge lower court order for recovery of gold ornaments .The District Court dismissed her petition and to be favor me as set aside the lower court DVC orders. Then she goes to The High Court on DVC orders both petitions of The District Court, and still pending.
She can appeal the lower court dowry case in The high court in the year 2008 now the case is still pending in High Court.
Now she is filed Crl M P/MC Case for additional maintenance of Rs 10000/- per month for which is already grant of Rs 1500/- per month i in MC case. I am not filed for divorce case still this day. She was willing to continue the marital life with me even I am ready to lead with her.
Please clarify that DVC for additional maintenance is pending before The Honorable High Court how can she filed another case for additional maintenance under section Cr.P.C 127 In lower Court. It is double time.
Please suggest how to prefer this case and suggested any related judgments to favor me.

As my marriage was not successful end up with divorce case which is not closed by court yet from last 4yrs I am being single with my kid. Now I am applying for US visa, what shall I mentioned in the visa form ? Shall I go with other and explain the case is live on court? if add this still I need to include the husband details?

Husband is not willing to live with wife

My daughter is a working professional got married 3 months back. Am a widow and my daughter is the only support I have. We have informed clearly all this to her husband's family before marriage. He agreed to all this and he will move to the city after marriage to work together and start their life. But now he is not willing to leave his hometown and forcing my daughter to leave her career or else he will not live with her. Also he and his mother had given her mental torture using abusive words and not letting her work or live peacefully while staying at her husband's home. As we don't have any other sources of help what should we do now?
