sir I have got divorce through AP high court.I agreed to pay my wife Rs 14,00,000 as permanant alimony and they will not initiate any further litigation. However they are refusing to done the process through Lok Adalat. How the agreement is to be entered to make it a legal document and to avoid future troubles.

I posted this same question earlier and was asked to post it in my previous thread. But did not get a response. Sorry to posting again now.
My question -Dear Experts District cout ruled in favor of me in granting divorce against my ex wife on 7.28.15. Already got to know from experts in Lawyers Club India that time limit is 90 days for apealing in HC from order received date. I got my order copy with prepared date as 8.21.15. Seems my ex applied for copy of order but havent collected it. From what date this 90 days will start. Either from 8.21.15 or from the date she receives the copy. Delay in getting the copy by my ex wife will be excluded or not. Please advise. Thanks in advance David

Respected Sir,
I am fighting a case u/s 498A in Rohtak.The lower court acquiited us and the other party has filed an appeal in the sesions court,Rohtak.Can the appeal against the order of acquittal be filed in the sessions court or High Court has the power to accept such appeal?Kindly advice.

Dear experts,we have to file a revision for section 125 of cr.pc in the district court under section 397 of cr.pc.but at the same time we have to file for a stay of the order 125 of cr.pc under section 397(1)or 401cr.pc.am i right sir.kindly advice.thanq in advance for the experts.

am doing job.mere bache ko abhi koi kharcha nai laga case lgye bhi 2 yrs ho gye hai.kya mera bacha ka grand father or father ki property ka
haqdar hai? .grand father ki death ho chuki hai.
Q2: kya mera koi property me share hai?

SIR,
MY WIFE HAS FILED MAINTENANCE CASE U/S 125 CRPC IN WHICH INTERIM MAINTENANCE IS GOING ON FROM LAST TWO YEAR. I HAVE RECENTLY COME TO KNOW THAT MY MARRIAGE WAS NULLITY AND I HAVE FILED THE CASE UNDER SECTION 11 OF HMA.
I AM FIGHTING IN PERSON. IS THERE ANY PROCEDURE IN WRIT/ APPLICATION UNDER 482/ ARTICLE UNDER 227 BY WHICH I CAN TAKE THE PROCEEDING STAY IN MAINTENANCE CASE TILL THE FINAL DISPOSAL OF MY HMA APPLICATION U/S 11. BECAUSE IF AFTER 2 YEAR IT IS PROVED THAT MY MARRIAGE WAS NULLITY THEN THE MONEY WHICH I PAID CAN NOT BE RECOVERED. KINDLY GUIDE.

Secondly, what rights does a stepmother has on the assets owned & earned by her husband and what rights his children with deceased mother have.

Annulment of marriage
I got married about 1 months ago. On wedding day it self i realised that she was talking to someone in a suspicious manner.It became clear next day that she was talking to her live- in -partener for last five years.By her acts she made it clear that this marriage is to extort money by implicating my family and me in false cases.. Due to this fact i could not have any physical relation with her. I told her that lets be separated peacefully but she demanded a huge sum of money for that and made her intentions clear to extort money. Some how i mannaged to record her s*xual talks with her boyfriend whom she visited on some filmsy ground . she stayed with him for 4 days..when she came to know abuot it she left the house ..Can I file for annulment of marriage?Can she ask for any money? can law still protects her?Can she still use 498a? Please advice
