Appeal time

(Querist) 10 September 2015 This query is : Resolved
I posted this same question earlier and was asked to post it in my previous thread. But did not get a response. Sorry to posting again now.

My question -Dear Experts District cout ruled in favor of me in granting divorce against my ex wife on 7.28.15. Already got to know from experts in Lawyers Club India that time limit is 90 days for apealing in HC from order received date. I got my order copy with prepared date as 8.21.15. Seems my ex applied for copy of order but havent collected it. From what date this 90 days will start. Either from 8.21.15 or from the date she receives the copy. Delay in getting the copy by my ex wife will be excluded or not. Please advise. Thanks in advance David

The time from date of application of certified copy and the date when it is ready for delivery is excluded.
After it is ready for delivery the limitation starts and has no connection on which date you actually collect it.

This is the 4th straight query regarding appeal time by the querist. In his first 2 posts he has been suitably adviced by the legal experts who have responded.Time and again he is asking the same doubt.

No i was not given the answer in other posts specific to my question. Mr Devajyoti Barmanji is the one who cleared my doubt in this thread. Why would I ask questions again if it was already cleared.

Thanks

I agree with the views of expert Mr. Devajyoti Barman on the subject issue. Hope the author is satisfied and cleared his doubts he had in his mind so far, however wait for the notice from high court if she decides and prefers an appeal.
