in case where wife files petition of restitution of conjugal rights and the husband files petition for divorce at their respective places of residence, and the court clubs both the cases as one then which court has the jurisdiction to try the case? the wife's court clubbed the petitions. what is the law for it? need to know asap. thank you.

sir, I got divorce in highcourt on 1st June.We both parties initiated negotiations but the negotiations failed. I got remarried on 11th september. Now my ex wife is preparing to approach supreme court. Whether my second marriage is valid? What should I do now? It is known to me that the appeal period is 90 days.Will supreme court allow the case though the appeal period is over.

I got married on 6 Dec 2014. My husband has told me that he has a 2yr old kid from his old affair and I have to adopt the kid. I am not ready for that and up of this my mother in law is constantly abusing me and many a times donot allow me to eat food.
My husband donot come home many a nights and has confessioned that he has bought a flat for the other women.
My Husband and in laws have not registered the marriage. To proceed with Divorce is Marriage Certificate mandatory or is the Marriage pictures, Marriage Video enough.
If Marriage certificate is compulsory, then can my family (father) apply for the marriage certificate, if so what are the procedure.

(1) My wife is getting maintenance in 125 crpc by the order of family court and has applied in high court for further enhancement of this allowance. High court has asked me to file an affedavit of my income from all sources.
(2) I have applied for divorce now and here also she has filed an application in HMA 24 for maintenance and litigation expences.
Pl tell me how these cases will proceed now.

Could I prove adultery because I have doubt
that my Cheated wife might be communicating through mobile.
when I filed divorce petition I have alleged that she having illicit relation.
And I also given on record in a court the name and phone number of that person.
After going to court he has switched off his number recently I was just checking that whether the number is working or not I was trying to find out that person.And I found that same person is talking to me
because when I called him with his name he answered me If u called me any more I give this number to Police.
Is it possible to find out the Call records
of that person, she might be talking with him.
if I get the call record could it possible to prove the adultery because I already given the number and name on record.
Could u help me How to get the mobile Call record of a person. he might communicating with my cheated wife.
And one more thing I know about him,he is not a family member of her,he is alone in his family.
Help me how to get mobile records.

Hello Sir/Mam,
I have applied for passport on 26th august 2015. My file is pending because i do not have adoption deed and rpo officer asked me to submit adoption deed.
My biological parents name and educational parents name are different. I have been adopted in the year 1999 when i was 6 years old. During that time my parents had made an affidavit mentioning the details of adoption and notarized it but do not make adoption deed.
Both my father is no more in this world. I am living with my adopted mother.
When i talk to one of the lawyer he says that there is law that adoption deed should be made before the child is 15 years old and now i am 23 years old so adoption deed could not be made.
I request you all to please provide me all possible solution because my joining date is come and it is in the first week of november.

dear advocates please help for the person who gave petition and help for there view not for there parents views.because petitioner going to affect anyway. person are already coming with many problem in there life please rectify or dont help them pls dont do fox play in there life.i am really begging for my life to live with my hubby but my lawyer helping to my parents only because they are giving money.my first hearing over on 29-9-2015 that day also my lawyer avoids me and talking with my parents when i go to them near he avoids me.this hurts me lot.lawyer are the next god in olden days grandpa and grandma says but now it going worst only.please help your petitioner not there parents.my lawyer Mr.S--N--R from high court do like that only .please mr dont do that.my next hearing on 29-10-2015 on ponamallee sub court chennai.there i going to says my though only .

This is on behalf of a lady aged about 85 years. She is having 3 Sons and 2 daughters, both daughters are married long back and well settled. Her elder son has expired around 7 years back and his family lives separately well settled. Lady lives in a rented house under her name since last 40 years with her 2 sons and family. The younger son is not in talking terms with the lady since last 15 years and having a separate kitchen in the same house. The lady lives with her 2nd Son and Family since very beginning and they take entire care of her from fooding to medicines.
Now, Since last few months, the younger son and his wife are creating daily issues with the Lady and uses very cheap abusive languages for the lady and the 2nd son and family.
Now, out her age, lady seeks advice whether she can ask her younger son to vacate the house and leave with his wife since the rented house is in the name of the lady, and both the younger son and his wife are behaving very cheap with her and always ready to create a fight out of nothing. The younger son is married since 20 years and does not have any children from the marriage.The 2nd Son is married since 30 years and has 2 sons out of which 1 is married last year.
The lady is also afraid that the younger son might perform some fraudulent activities in order to control over the house. On asking verbally by the lady to the younger son to vacate the house, he is not willing to leave at any cost.
Please advise how can this matter be sorted out with the help of law. Lady is yet to write her Will.

Can the wife file Domestic Violence after the two and half years of the incident and she is also residing separately since the matter took place. She is also not having any medical proof.
