Hi,
Plz help me i am confused my husband send sumons of divorce with out any intimation he was upscanded for one month and send notice by saying his family .there is no grounds on that notice the case is going to be dismissed in such case what wife have to take next step he is having affair with some one which i cant prove in court and he dont have any intension to leave with me .can i ask permanent alimony as i got married in 2012 i am house with i dont have kids .Becoz of him i got abortion once.i am confused if his divorce petition was dismissed as a wife what is the next step.i am rest less with this cases and i cant go with one case plz suggest me.

Dear Expert, I am respondent in my divorce case in family court and appearing as party-in-person..case status is filling of counter.if i absent in hearing, what will be the consequences?.May i ask any advocate in that to orally inform the judge as i am sick and not appearing like such? Thanks,Kumar

my wife filed DV case against me and my father and mother on Aug 2015. it doesn't start any thing as of now. we are going every hearing but my wife lawyer doesn't come any single day. in same DV case she filed children custody also but lower court gives only visitation rights.but my children are not interested to go with her monther.their ages 12 and 7 years. they are under my custody. for this lower court order i challenges in district court for stay against the lower court order. but in that 5 hearings my wife lawyer doesn't come in the court. it is only postpone as of now. I am staying bangalore. every month i go there and attended cases to Andhra pradesh. my query is
1. is there any legal section to start DV case because they wantedly to post pone the case.
2. How to approach to stay for my children custody petetion in district court because i don't have hope to start stay petetion in that court.
Please give suggestions on my above query.

My Girlfriend is from Bangladesh and I am from India. She is a Hindu and I am Hindu as well. She is a registered doctor in Bangladesh, and currently pursuing Masters in India on student visa.
Now that we have decided to get married, can you please advise as to how can this be done ? How can she get herself registered with Indian Medical council ? Can she work here then? What type of visa will apply ? Will she be eligible for Indian citizen after marriage ?

My husband filed for divorce in one place and my place is 700 km away. My transfer petition was allowed and shifted to a place closer to him. He has furnished many false grounds in his objections. And I can prove them to be false. Can i file a review petition for the same? Please suggest

Hi All
We recently adopted a child and after going through the requisite formalities, have been granted permission by the court to have the child legally under our name.
We got the baby from Punjab and though we have the court order, I understand, a birth certificate naming us as the adopted parents is a must too.
I am not sure of the laws/procedures in place to get this done. Do I need to visit Punjab and apply to the Municipal corporation there for a birth certificate or can this be done here in Bangalore?
Would really appreciate is someone could please guide us on how we go about the necessary formalities to ensure a worry free future for our child.

My daughter got married and had a child of 2 years old(girl). Her husband has not turned back since the birth of the child. She was abused both verbally and physical assault both by her husband & their in-laws for more dowry. No police case was registered due to family prestige. Now suddenly his parents are telling to my relatives and friends that her husband going to marry another girl and asking to return back one jewel which was presented at the time of marriage which is in my possession. We are also want to get rid of from this greedy family. My jewels were also in their custody. My question is how to legally get separated and how the things to be handed over legally to them and get back my jewels. We don't want any maintenance from her husband. How the child can be legally separated from her father? Is there any law/legal provision to retain the child with the mother. They are now visiting my friends/relative houses and making filthy stories against me and my daughter. What is the legal action may be taken against them Please guide us.

Family court dismissed wife's divorce petition filed on grounds of impotency and mental cruelty after trial. Now she is in high court against family court judgement.
Now I'm in need of help/advice from learned members on how to proceed and pros and cons of present judgement. So, please let me know if anybody can help me so as I can share the copy of judgement personally.

Regarding mutualy ready to live togather on writtern condition

my self sunil want to guidence in family matter that 3 and half years back i married. but after few month clashed was stared between us. due to this she left my home three times. but i bring her back. now i have one child. but after her delivery she goes to her parents house and and don't want to come. now 18 months passed. Now she is ready to come to my house. but she want that i should give her in written that i will not beat her and never take doubt on her in court also she is ready to give m in written what my condition is.
so my question is that, if i give her what she want in written in court. will it be create problem for m in future.
what is section for this above case. if both party is ready to live together in condition.
