Can a Hindu wife ( or, her legar heirs after wifes death) Claim her share in the property of her husband ?? who got married to a second wife without giving Divorce to the first wife and has given his all property to his second wife by will .???

mai apne grandfather k ghar me 20 years se rehta hu. mere papa aur papa ke 5 brothers hai.
hum is ghar ka RENT and BILL time to time pay karte hai jiski RECIEPT bhi hamare paas hai. mere paancho chacha ji isme Hissedari chahte hai. or unhone COURT me case bhi kar diya hai.
Is ghar ka koi NOMINEE BHI nahi h. or chacha ji ne court me Application bhi diya hai Nominee me Apna naam dalwane ke liye.
Kya koi aisa kanoon(LAW) hai jisse ye ghar hamare HAK(Hisse) me aa jaye ya koi solutions .
15 years old Bill and rent RECIEPT ke aadahar par kya ye ghar hame mil sakta hai ya koi badi amount jisse ham apna ghar purchase kar sake.
please eeply jaroor kare.

I along with my cousin brothers inherited some property from my grandfather's grandfather. Now my query is :- 1) am I the absolute owner of my share and can I bequeath my share as per my will or 2) do I have to share it with my wife,son and my married daughter and 3) how will my share be divided if I die intestate

I have filed transfer of divorce case filed by my husband to my city in high Court. Can I ask for cost of transfer case from my husband in the same petition?

I have a query related to family disputes and liability of a brother towards his unmarried/widow sister.
1. My aunt(my father's sister) and my grandparents were living with us in our house. The house is in name of my father and my grandfather had no will.
2. My aunt is a divorcee since 21 years but she has not got any proof of her marriage and divorce.
3. She has not got any legal documents except a PAN card. There is no property in her name except a Bank FDR.
4. She suffered from mental illness years ago and has been taking medicines since then without any prescription.
5. Both my grandparents have passed away and have left no property/source of income for her.
Given her argumentative and violent nature along with her mental condition we do not want to keep her in our house. My other aunts' and their families have already cut ties with her.
Does my father have any statutory liability towards my aunt?
Is he required by Hindu Succession Act or any other law enforce to keep her in our house?
Is he liable for any of her expenses?

Hi All Respected experts,
My wife filed false 498a case and Dv case 3 years back and now she has filed for divorce.
The judgement for 498a case is likely to be come by next month.
My doubts:
1.She has filed divorce last month but as i was not at home i haven't recieved the summon/divorce paper and i got to know from my lawyer only that she had filed for divorce. My doubt is shall i reply to divorce notice if it comes next time or shall i wait till 498a judgement comes.
2. What is the time limit to recieve/reply to divorce notice and what if i not reply next time also becuse i want to wait till 498a judgement.
Pls advice

Iam dealing with this case appointing my junior at a court at a court situated at Tamilnadu. In this case wife have filed a petition for maintenance under section 125 crpc. husband have filed the counter in the particular case. Petitioner being an advocate managed to influence the counsel of the respondent(husband's counsel) in the lower court.Later though the respondent was
communicating with his counsel, the counsel has mentioned in the court that there is no communication to him from the respondent side. Thereafter no cross examination was done to the petitioner. Order was passed awarding Rs.10,000 as maintenance based on the counter.They mentioned in the order as thondratharapinar order in tamil. now we have approached the honourable high court requesting for reverting back the matter to the lower court for proper adjudication and we have mentioned in the petition that the passed order in the lower court is an ex parte order. The other side counsel states that thondratharapinar order is not ex parte order. I could not find the word thondratharapinar in tamil dictionary. I would like to know the exact translation of the word thondratharapinar in english as per legal terminology.

I am facing !@% Maintenance case and to prove the education details (BA, Bed) of my wife I filed an RTI with the University, but university refuse to provide the information by saying third party disclosure reason. Kindly suggest the workable measure can be taken to get the details.

My wife was left before 1 yr because of misunderstanding, I hAve 1 son age 10yrs old .my son was with her mom.she was not talked till now , I also not talked .shall I marry another women without any intimation made to my wife.if I file divorce is there any compensation/settlement payable my side if yes how much shall I payable? Please advise how I should tackle legally.
