I have a specific question please advise
Man has filed divorce petition against wife for cruelty and mental harassment
Case has come up for interim Maintainance and date decided for hearing interim
IF NOW THE MAN WITHDRAWS THE DIVORCE PETITION CAN THE JUDGE STILL PASS AN INTERIM MAINTAINANCE ORDER
please provide authentic advise

My maintanance case is going on in family court, gujarat since last 2+ years. My 3 yrs old baby girl is staying with me only since birth. Now at the time of school admission i am confused about using my maiden name and surname behind baby's name. I want to give her my name and surname only.
Maintanance Case is still pending, so please guide regarding this.
please note all my official document is on my maiden name and surname only. is there any SC verdict on the same. School admin. are asking for making an affidavit for admission on my name behind baby's name.
so anybody have format of the same.
Awaiting your earliest reply. In next week only i need to submit affidavit otherwise they won't give admission to my baby with my name.

Sir, My brother who's a Hindu by birth aged 23 married a Hindu girl aged 23 when both of them were 21. My brother was mentally harassed by this girl to marry her. She threatened him that she will die if my brother doesn't marry her. My brother gets easily afraid with emotional blackmails. So he married her. Now the marriage is a court registered one and all this happened during feb 2014 , just 3 months after my brothers 21st birthday. My brother kept this marriage secret from us for more than 1.5 years and the girl also didn't tried to reach us. Now after one and a half year of their marriage the girl again started to emotionally blackmail my brother to introduce her as his wife to my parents. This was the time when we came to know about this marriage. My parents directly rejected the marriage. After a lot of grilling my brother told everything about how the marriage happened and how she blackmailed her. He told us that the marriage was never consummated and they never had any physical contact. Also the guarantor to the marriage were the girls mother, her grandma, and her friend who was a common friends of both of them. My parents had completely no knowledge about it. My brother doesn't wants to live with her and wants a divorce. Also the girl most often demanded money from my brother during this 2-3 years. It seems that she deliberately have done all these to demand cash from my brother. Note- My brother and the girl were childhood friends. Please give some suggestions on how to get rid of her. Thank you.

Respected sir,
My wife filed dvc along with 498a case around a year back. I am presently living in Dubai.
In 498a case court has given me permission (order) to go and work this happend around 6 months back
Mean while, in dvc around 8 months back my wife has taken exparte order as I was not able to attend the court proceeding. Immediately (2 months from the order) I have appealed in sessions court against exparte order.
After several hearings court has dismissed my petition of setting aside exparte order stating they cannot interfere till the final order from family court.
Now, can experts advice what should be done at this present juncture in my dvc case.
Also , I would like to inform you all that my wife is a central govt employee and I have all the proofs , but I am not able to show this in the family court as I am exparte in dvc case.
Also, I would like to inform the experts that in 498 a case is almost in the closing stage , cross examination is already done, my wife is now telling court that she want to stay with me .
I am now planning to approach Hyderabad high court in my dvc case against expart order. Request experts guidance in it.

This is for my friend who got married in March 2015 and back from leave left for abroad in April 2015.His wife has filed a petition for Null and void marriage in court. both are Hindus and both are second marriages after legal divorce and she is left with a child from first husband. What is null and void marriage . She filed petition as impotent .case fixed for 27/4 .Even if we arrange a advocate ,Can court pass judgement with on his absence .what are the procedures that will be met so that he can fix for --months leave or can this case be settled outside court by compromising . As he has left only 1 year ago and Find difficulty in getting leave now at present can his relatives request court to extend this case on his leave in December .

My mother expired in May 2015 during a visit to Hyderabad. My father expired in 2012.
My sister expired in September 2015. She had no children.
My mother's bank asked for succession certificate to transfer her assets.
I was issued succession certificate by district court in Saket, New Delhi in Dec 2015 and received assets.
Now my sister's husband has filed for succession certificate in Hyderabad claiming that my sister was my mother's legal heir and he is her legal heir.
My mother stayed in Delhi and filed her income tax return also from here. All her assets are also in bank account in Delhi.
I have not received any summons or notice from court in Hyderabad. Only the bank has been asked for details confirming my mother's assets.
What should I do?

Concealment of facts from income affidavit
Hello sir,
I have one query regarding concealment of facts in kusum Sharma affidavit. Lot of expenses are misrepresented/over exaggerates in affidavit and certain facts have not been disclosed in affidavit.
Please let me know what's the best way to handle this situation before maintenance is granted based on income affidavit.
