Respected sir .
My daughter in law left my home on 2/6/2013 .My son filed a case for custody of children in District Court Nagpur on June2015 . Now she had filed a case in Chief Judicial Magistrate , Bilaspur on 15-03-2016 against my son , myself ,my wife ,my younger son ,my married daughter under Domestic Violance Section 12 . My younger son was living in Pune for last 10 years and come to Nagpur in August 2015 . My daughter married and living in Nagpur seperately since more than 8 yrs. We ware living in Kamptee and come to Nagpur in August 2015. The case is false and I want to know how to handle the case ? Please quide .Thanking you .

Can i file a case on my wife regarding mentally disturbed . After marriage i am totally mentally disturbed. And too much in problems . What can i do please help me.

My marriage date is 12 feb 2016. Only 1.5 month ago . Now i want to divorse. We are both hindus i have no marriage certificate but wedding card and snap available. Please guide me how to proceed? And please me the process of divorce.

Husband goes to does his PG can that period of separation be a valid reason for divorce. This would be after I withdraw mutual consent . he would be joining course in June and our hearing is in august

Hi,
I had approached High Court against residence order passed by the Sessions Court. High Court gave status quo order.
Now I want to apply modification of this order.
So I have filed a modification petition and an SR number was given to the petition but the petition was returned with some objections. These was rectified and the petition was resubmitted but still no MP number is given to the petition.
My questions are:
(1) While the petition is not numbered and still in the SR stage, can I take the petition back and resubmit it?
(2) Can I not-press the petition and file a fresh petition on the same grounds as before?
(3) Can I complain to the Chief Justice regarding the petition being not numbered?
(4) Any other suggestions?

Me and husband filed mutual consent divorse . now I want to withdraw . but then husband goes to study and In case doesn't take me with him can he show that as separation and apply divorse . even if I am willing to join but he decides not to take me . can that be a valid ground for him to seek divorse . he is going to d MBA

SIR,
MY BROTHER GOT MARRIED TO A LADY WHO'S QUALIFICATION IS M.TECH. AT THE TIME OF MARRIAGE SHE WAS WORKING. SUBSEQUENTLY AFTER MARRIAGE SHE RELOCATED TO MY BROTHER'S PLACE AND LATER FILED 498-A. IN THE JUDGEMENT OF 498-A MY PARENTS NAMES WERE DROPPED. AND MY BROTHER'S SENTENCE WAS REDUCED FROM ONE YEAR TO SIX MONTH WHEN WE WENT OF APPEAL. NOW WE HAVE FILED AN APPEAL AGAINST THE SIX MONTHS SENTENCE.
AFTER MARRIAGE THEY HAVE ONE SON WHO IS PRESENTLY STAYING WITH HIS MOTHER. NOW THE LADY HAS CLAIMED FOR MAINTENANCE AND THE COURT HAS PASSED AN ORDER FOR RS.12,000/- FOR BOTH WIFE AND SON.
MY QUESTION IS WHETHER THE WIFE IS ELIGIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE WHEN IS WELL QUALIFIED AND IS ALSO PRESENLTY WORKING IN AN ENGINEERING COLLEGE AS A FACULTY.

I am got married in 2000 and we gave a 15 years old daughter. My wife left me and my daughter on September 15th 2015 within this period she never contacted me, she not even make any statement against me. Even she is not with her parents. She is with some other person and staying in Dhanbad where she joined a private firm and earning quit well. If i do file for divorce can she claim anything from me. what should i do?

I and my husband filed mutual consent a month back . I now want to try to see how this marriage can be preserved from destruction.can I withdraw my petition and if he is still not talking how can I stay with him . can he still be cold n not accept me

regarding dv case
I do not know where has gone my dv case after my wife dv evidence on 11 Jan 2012. But after dv evidence she filed fir on 12 Jan 2012 of 498a. Then after I m facing 498a case but do not know where is lying dv case. Plz guide me. Thank you
