Pls advice. The wife is mentally harassing the husband upon his pre marital affairs. He had told her about the same before marriage. Later she got in touch with his ex girlfriends to know about him and that's when they started calling him again.
Husband even moved out of the city with her to pacify her. One night upon heated argument she even called for police and threatened to file case of domestic violence and infidelity.
Can the husband send a divorce notice based on mental harassment case. Will this be able to help in future if she even falsely accused him of voilance?

hello sir, my question about gift deed. my grand father want to make gift deed to me about his own flat n we are living together without OC (occupation certificate).so it is possible without oc (occupation certificate)my grand father make gift deed? thanks reply asap.

Dear, I am Manish! A Hindu brahmin. I was married on nov6 2011.My wife has left my house since July 2014 stating she would return back in 15 days and has not yet turned up back as on 17april 2016.she is working in Jaipur Rajasthan I have been trying to contact her and in laws but none r responding to me and even since thenwe r not talked to eacheach other and her father and relatives also not giving any details.even in 2012 she left for 7 months uncontacted. Plz suggest me with some sample matter to send a lawyer notice to her & family.as I am little financial crisis unable to hire any lawyer or visits to her and moreover online I have been asked for some registration fee.I doubt abt her being brainwashed or some illicit affair.she has spoken to me whatsapp stating that she will not return.there were no issues of any domestic violence or demands from my end.I have been trying to contact in laws since long but they don't respond my calls.I was working in MNC company and even hold a masters degree.plzz suggest as there is no communication and I am scared that firstly I don't want to lose her as itwas a love arranged mmarriage and why should I be harassed for compensating without my mistake in this.

Hi,
I am fighting a divorce case and it is coming up for trial. I have filed an IA to receive documents which is pending before the court and my wife is not filing the counters for it. I have reminded court multiple number of times to dispose of those IAs but the judge is also not listening. Moreover she started giving very long dates for next hearings.
So I filed a petition u/s 21B of HMA. But the judge refused to accept it in the open court.
So my questions are:
(1) Can judge refuse to take up the petition?
(2) What can I do in view of this?
(3) I am thinking of filing a transfer+direction petition before High Court to transfer my case from Principal Family Court to Additional Family Court and for speedy disposal of my case. Will this yield any positive result?

this is my friends case going in family court.
current stage in matter -cross of the respondent wherein she needs to file her witness list if any.
but on the last date the judge told my friend that this petition is not maintainable as he has filed this petition before completion of one year from rcr order( my friend has recd. rcr order in the month of march,2013 in which it was clearly stated that the wife should join him within 2 months. but his wife never appeared.. afterwards he filed a Divorce suit in the month of august,2013 i.e. after 5 months from rcr order)
the question is what is that my friend should do in such awkward situation???
oherwise the above matter is going to end . (if allowed by the court) no idea if court is going to allow him
what is the appropriate step that my friend should take?

Hi,
My sister is in US and we wan her to bring her home and get married. She is 27 Years old. She does not want to come to India and we are afraid that she is getting old to get good matches. She got used to the western culture and some bad friends which are guiding her the wrong way. She applied for H1B visa this year which she may or may not get. She completed her studies and she is currently working. Long story short :- Is ther a way that we can legally bring her to india?
Any advice is much appreciated.

We got married in arya samaj but now my in laws are not allowing to contact me with my wife. After marriage she has not visited my home even once. But now my in laws threatening me that they will complain in police.
I want to know can they file any kind of case against me or my parents.

Sir I have been married 1 year ago and is having a minor son. My husband along with his parents ignored me to such a extent that I came to my parents house. He did not tried to contact me in between except one or two calls. When I went to matrimonial home my father in law didn't opened door. I called police and in police station I came to know my father in law has disowned him and me .my husband is involved with him and taken rented home of rs 2000 in a village just for sake of showing in court that he is ready to live with me.we also give dhrna at his home and made statement by mistake that we will not visit suit property without due process of law. All my articles is with him. What should I do I have filed maintenance and dv. Also filed fir through women cell and his bail application got rejected. Still io not investigating the matter .

Dear Experts,
Sir, Me and my family are accused of above cases, all those cases been filed by her after i sent legal notice for contested divorce, i applied for AB, somehow it was getting delayed and postponing unnecessarily. now all my relatives and my parents got AB but mine have one condition i,e. returning of 406 article. i have no problem of returning those evil things but i have little doubt that after getting all those things if they ask for more or do something to reject my bail plea as it is on condition as i mentioned before. i anticipating something is my doubt is unnecessary or irrelevant. what precaution to take while returning 406 articles in presence of the police. i don't know whether its irrelevant question or not byt i always been guided properly here by the experts so i posted. pls help me with your most valuable inputs and suggestions.
