hi,
I am a hindu male belong to Brahmin Family and want to marry a muslim girl.
there is an issue that girl's family wants me to do NIKAH as per muslim rituals for which i have to get convert into Muslim community.
1. is it necessary to change my name for the same??
2. i asked the mother of girl that i will do NIKAH but will not sign any legal document for changing the name into muslim name and also regarding conversion, she is ok with that. so is it possible?
3. most important if i and that girls do court marriage with our actual names and then i do nikah with muslim name and she do marriage with hindu rituals with hindu name just for the happiness of our parents then which marriage will be legally valid??
4. i and that girl wants to make an agreement that we do court marriage first with our actual names and religion and after that we do nikah and shadi with different names and we only want that court marriage will be known as valid marriage and we will be known withour actual names, then is it possible?

Sir I had a relationship with a girl from past 6 years... We both loved each other and wanted to married as soon as possible.. We both talked to our familly but girl parents meet my parents..everything was going good but suddenly they refused for marriage.. Then I told the girl let's we both marry in court..sir she also refused And the girl is also saying what should I do if my parents are not accepting this marriage... Sir I did everything for her and now she left me alone.. Sir I am mentally torchered..she played with my life.. Whatever I thought for my feature nd whatever was my dream she played with it... Sir I request you if there is someway to solve the problem or punishment for her as per Indian law then please suggest me... As soon as possible...Sir i'll ever be thankful for your kindness.. Plss sir.. Plsss sir think about it

Sir, My wife filed dv case on me and my mom. She is getting maintenance from 125 and with dv she has prayed for maintenance ND return of stridhan. Only told mental cruelty and for dowry she alleged. No date and time mentioned. And she is working Whr as in affidavit she said she is not working. I hav to give reply of that petition. What prelimnary Objectionals I should file. Can I file interrogatories. Plz help me

Meri shadi k baad mummy or bade bhai ne milker mujhe or meri biwi ko ghar se nikaal diya . Ab mera 1 beta hai or wo log hume� ghar me aane bhi nahi dete.

we are residing in india . we have taken an overdraft facility from HDFC bank by creating mortgage of immovable property which is in the name of our Father. Our father Has expired. after death of of our father we have settled the Overdraft A/C . now we want to get received original Documents of that property.
We are four legal heirs and we have submitted Indennity Bond signed by all Legal heirs.
List Of legal heir are
1. Wife ( Family Pensioner)
2. Two Sons
3. Wife Of One late Son
please advice us who and how can we recieved original paper's of property kept in bank as a security.

My maternal grandfather is missing since 2004 and the pension authority is now releasing the pension after the intervention of human rights commission. Sir I would like your help on these points.
> 1:Sir as my maternal grandfather was missing the pension for those seven yeras will be given as by calucating it as of my grandmother which is less or of my grandfather which is more.
> 2: is there any provision through which we can demand interest on this amount for these 12 years.

Property distrubution
My father having two wives, one wives was died and having one son.and after first wives died my father married with my mother having two sons including myself . how will property share will be among brother. we are now joint family and 40 acres land from my grandfather. another 12 acre land purchase my father and having in the name of first son.
thus our total land is 52 acres.
my question is...
1) Property will equally share among three brother ?
2) Half property goes to first wives son and half to second wives two son.
3)what about father's self acquired property but in the name of first wives son. is it will equally share? can he dines same
