Inlaws are torturing me.iam a housewife who is married from last 8 yrs n have a autistic son who is 5yrs old.Husband is forcing me to movevin with my sis in law whose behaviour is very rude with me.i dont want to move in.in my family i hv mom in law my husband n my son.everyday iam going through trauma.my husband doesn't want to leave his sister so he want me to move in.what shall i do.pls suggest.

My husband and his family used to torture me a lot but on 22nd Feb 2014 my husband beaten me and tried to attack me with the knife but I managed to protect myself since then I left his house and staying with my parents. Now in april 2016 I filed the domestic violence case against my husband and his family. The reason I did not file it earlier was I did not want to indulge into the legal matters and quietly wanted to get divorced, but my husband still keep on playing games with me and do not want to divorce me easily. Hence I took legal help. i came to know from some source DV can not be filed after 2 yrs of separate living, it can be filed within 2 yrs of saparation. IS it true? And also I came to know that on this basis court will dismiss my DV case. How much is this true? is it late to file 498A also?

case attached below. court sets 25 july for orders .As respondent did not turn up till now how relief of costs will be paid by respondent as he is not in India and no property or deposits in his name in India Any sort of compensation will be order to be paid as per court and can that be set aside till he come in December . Even if court advice for payment of money can his relatives approach court for considering in December. what is duration of time obeying order pronounced
CASE STORY:
my brother married in march 2015 and left back for US in April 2015 . both are Hindus . Wife wanted her to be with him in US brother declined. on Nov 2015 she filed case as NULL and VOID and in petition said to recover expense of court from him a . Case was set in Nov, Feb, April, may and 3 July for counseling. As he left only 10 months back after marriage and on January 2015 only he got job in US find difficulty in getting leave. We arranged a advocate to inform court saying he is on US and requested court to give time till DEC for which it was turned down. Now he will appear only in Dec. He did not appear for counseling and was set as expartie evidence on 13 July. can he get expartie divorce .Any sort of compensation will be order to be paid as per court and can that be set aside till he come in December . Even if court advice for payment of money can his relatives approach court for considering in December,

Dear Experts.,
My wife filled MC against me recently.,she went her relatives house in another distrct in AP.,the fact is we both belongs to Same district in Andhra Pradesh.,
But my wife went to his relatives house in another district.,so she filled case in that area court jurditiction.,as per records my wife parents all are living visakhapatnam only.,and records as per visakhapatnam district only.,I m also living same distrct.,
Her intention is give trouble to me.,thats what she filed MC in another distrct.,thats too long from our native place.,
My question is: Is there any chances to transfer the case in to my native place?
Plz suggestion me.,

My wife filed divorce petition in family court under section 13 1(i-a & i-b) of Hindu Marriage Act.
My Query:-
1) Can i file visiting rights application for my minor son in said divorce petition.

can I again file case after some years under the same section or not bcoz my lawyer said if I withdraw my case I will be not able to file the case in future under the same section
