Hello..My grandfather sons A, B and C .A died in 1985 and her wife another married but his daughter live with my family.A's daugher marry in 2007 Then my grandfather purchase house in 2011 and in registred name his name with b and c .In 2014 grandfather died.and in recent i sale proerty in 2016 A's daugter demand for his right in property whose father name is also not registered in property which i said above only B and C has name only.Please Reply

I'm a married man since 2006.
When i was been to chennai in august 2014, i had an affair with a unmarried girl and since we never met after.
In 2015, she contacted me to annonce that she is going to give birth to a child. Obviously it is mine. I asked her to go to my friend's city at karaikal for the birth and she gave birth to a female child.
She asked to take care of the child since her birth and i accepted. She returned to Chennai since then.
Now the child is 18 months old and she wants that i recognise the child as a biological father.
Now all my family learned about this adventure.
What should i do?

Is it possible to send a divorce petition by post for the other party to sign? My husband and his family are not ready to come to my place of residence and sign. They are demanding the petition to be sent via post. Is this even possible? My lawyer says we both have to come and sign together. Kindly advice.

Marriage has completed 1 year. Wife and I are not compatible and both want divorce.
If wife applies for divorce under HMA because husband has renounced the world and husband admits renouncing the world can divorce be granted in less than 6 months? What other proof does court need?

Respect Sir...In my case of Execution for Interim granted in 125 my husband was not presenting in court this court and was presenting in the case of 498a. One day both the cases were on same day so we managed to brought him in the court where execution case were pending and my husband refused to pay the interim maintenance and he is sent to custody and after one month he got ready to Pay Little amt with undertaking that in next hearing he will satisfy one Execution amt abt 30 K out of 3 Executions but after that he has not attended the court. On the other hand the Judge is very liberal and not listening our request which are always as per law. On issuing the conditional warrant it is come in picture that they have changed their residence as hey were living on rent ( my husband and his mother) . We requested no of times to court tha this person will not come back so should not be released without taking the all amts of Execution but Judge has not listned and released him. Now we requested to court that they have changed their residence and not informed to the court but Judge has simply given the next date. We requested that responded is not teachable and not attend in the court even after he has given the undertaking but no benefit Now my query is 1) Can we transfer our cases to some other court if yes then what is procedure for that and long it will take and can we request to transfer our execution cases in any particular cases like where our 498a cases is pending 2) How long it will take to declare him p.o if he is not turning as no hope he will attend the case to pay the interim maintenance

My husband have savings accounts in sbi bank and they mentioned his nominee to his mother and after marriage also he don't want to change and it is almost complete 4 years of marriage i have no child.because my husband not want child and he give his every thing like bank savings and homes to his elder bother and mother.so, what is my rights here if he is not mentioned my name any where. i have only my marriage certificate and nothing.in saving account there is more then 1 crore..we r staying in usa and every month send money to sbi account where i am not nominee of my husband account.

hi sir my bhabhi filed 498a against my brother and father my brother residing in aus. and declared P.O. my father facing trial since 2011 in district court.latest is that the complaintant and witness not turn in court after issue of bailable warrent to comlaintant and witness.today the judge issue non bailablen warrent against complaint and witness.so please guide me on future of case and tell me what happened next. Hello i was physically verbally & financially abused by my husband & although i wished for a peaceful separation i was forced to file a DV case (498a) on my husband since he refused an MCD. I wish to know the process of contested Divorcd under cruelty grounds. What happens if my husband has relocated to an unknown place/country and only his parents are residing at his permanent address now? Will he be forced to respond or can they ignore the summons sent at his permanent residence address?
I am scared of a long delayed litigation
