Sir,
We, my mother,myself,my brother& my married sister are going to effect partition of our family properties. My mother is staying with my brother and wanted to give her share to my brother & we all agreed. But despite advice by other senior relatives to allow my brother to take it after my mother"s time, my mother insists to give all her share without any condition now itself.
Now the question is
1. If my brother fails due to any reason to look after my mother after taking her share of property, will myself & sister are liable for paying her maintenance.
2. Who will provide maintenance after my brother's time? His family?
We are going to prepare a family settlement document. Kindly advise how to incorporate this issue & what type of clause has to be mentioned.

Dear All,
At the time of marriage registration, there is a common statement for Bride/Groom/Parents that "I am declaring that I am not giving/taking dowry for this marriage" and both parties are required to sign.
If got registration and nevertheless the wife registered 498a case then can marriage certificate can be shield evidence preventing from the false case??

Dear Sir,
In my DV Case court order to my husband paid interim maintain but last one year he not paid signal money to me. last week court order to issued District Warrant to my husband.
1. What is district warrant : can police arrest him .
2. Now my husband is out of India, then how to serve this warrant to him.
3. What is procedure after district warrant .. ?
4. After How many days we receive this warrant copy... still Judger steno ( assistant ) not type the order ...
Please help me.

Sir,can first wife get both job and pension to herself or job to her son and pension to her with out the permission of second wife and second wives son as all the four of them are legal heirs.sir i heard that all should agree for job or pension.sir actually second marriage took place with consent of first wife.they agreed as pension to second wife job to first wives son.but in office they say second wife son can get job but second wife will not get pension.second wife says that she needs full pension in separate account or job to her son.sir why can't the government give benifits as per compromised agreement.can a court give order as full pension to second wife as no one has objection? now all of them are in confusion.sir please help by giving valuable suggestion. Thank you.

Dear Experts,
My father debarred me from my legal rights on his property on the basis of false Charges of abusing etc, to give benefits to his family from second wife. my query is that is public notice in news paper is sufficient to debarred me. I also want to know that can I challenge this disown and debarred notice in court.

Sir,
I am from andhera Pradesh.
My wife filed a case under DV in the year of 2013 .
I got arrested and got bail.
I dont know why Police mentioned my name wrongly in the FIR
When i was arrested , me and my wife were staying together. But police mentioned some different address as my address where I never stayed.
After I got a bail I relocated to another city.
After a year My wife visted me and stayed 2 days with me also told me she withdrew the case( we are not living together after she filed the case).
but Recently I came to know that she was telling my relative that she didn't withdaw the case and court has issued NBA against me.
I didn't receive any warrant (if she is talking the truth) as police mentioned wrong address and wrong name in the FIR.
(The reason for filing the case is : She didnt want me to stay with her . So she asked me to leave the house. I refused so she filed DV.)
If she is telling the truth(that the case is not widthdrawn ) , Now what should I do? . Please advice me in detail as I don't know what should be my next reaction.
