Requirement of anticipatory bail

I have filed a divorce petition in court. I am anticipating that once she recieves the summons and divorce notice she will file a dowery case against me and my family. Being an army officer i am posted in a remote area of kashmir and my parents are living alone. Can police harass my parents or arrest them even if a divorce petition is already filed by me.

Cruelty by wife or husband in the given case

1.Husband and wife is staying in Borivali previously on rental basis. Husband has a house at virar where his old mother is there. Now husband has intent to care for old mother he want to stay in virar. Is this a cruelty on the part of Husband , that not taken a flat on rental in borivali and taken in virar, for mothers care.

2.Wife is forcing him to take a flat in borivali else she will take divorce? what is remedy to husband in this situation? Ownership Flat has more area (380 SQFT) than required (100 SQFT) for business.

3.Wife has a owned flat at Borivali where she is doing business. Also she is telling that Business is not doing well. Can husband tell in this situation to take 2 flat in wife's name only by selling Borivali flat in Virar and do Business in Virar is this a ok in eyes of law?

4.In the same case, husband does not has his own flat. But wife has her own flat in residential apt . from where she is carrying a business. husband also paid for her car from commuting from borivali and virar . She refuse to come husband in her residential flat in which she is carrying a business. Is this a not cruelty on wife part? Can taking rental flat at virar which is one hour from Borivali is a cruelty on husband part?

Divorce

And my query is in this 2 years 10 months only once i lifted my hand on her on august 2015. she behave rudely with me and she takes her family (mom, dad & brother) words and fights with me not daily its rarely fight and if I raise my voice she used to dare me that she complaint to police station and give complaint on me has mental torture. And I asked her salary to share for our monthly expenses, for this reason fight began. As her father has told not to give a single paisa for expenses. and has well has shared some amount to my mother so she has an angry and continuing the quarrel. And my parents won't stay with us. We 2 (Husband & wife) are staying separately, they stay far from us 12 kilometers from our present house, So whatever she say I used to hear and keep quite. So these years i cannot control my angry. So wanted to know some information for my questions below:-

1) She asks me to give divorce, so should i need to give any compensation.

2) If I need to give compensation means it depends on my take home salary or depends on what court decides or depends on girl’s decision.

3) She is asking me divorce but I am not ready what will be the decision according to the court.

4) Before giving complaint on me in police station should I need to lodge any complaint on her or not.

5) She is daring me, that she will put me to jail and including my family members also what should i need to do in this case.

6) My Education Qualification – PUC (10+2), My wife Education Qualification – M.A (Master of Arts), B.Ed (Bachelor or Education).

Procedure

My x-father in-law and his brother inherited ancestral property from their father who died intestate during 1990 and later in the year 2000 divided it among themselves and registered the partition deed.

After my divorce, the Custody of minor son is with me.
1. What is the status of my son's right in that property.
2. what steps I can take to protect my son's right in that property.
3. Can i claim my sons right in that property.
