We are cancelling my sister marriage after engagement due to Guy's character(Not a teatotler). They are demanding a Huge expense statment from us on the whole. What are the legal implications of cancelling marriage after engagement

Dear Sir / Ma'am,
There is a plaint of The Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 which we filed in Noida court from mothers side seeking permanent custody of child residing with mother and studying in Noida only.
In this suit opponent party father of child has not served summons since last 2 year by any means, used by court from CPC order IV.
Now after 2 years he has filed a suit seeking for custody of child in his home town court in Rajasthan.
Please Note: Parents of wife are also residing in same town but wife and child is residing in Noida only).
According to section 9(a) of GW Act court of Noida is having jurisdiction in this case as child is studying here (age of child is 9 years).
Please help to find answer of below questions -
As per law 2 lawsuits can not be filed for same cause of action in different courts, but I am not able find what is deciding factor for it which court will run the trial (will of depend on old case vs new case ?)
Please help me to get this law clarified (some reference appreciated) and some appropriate citations on this law.

My wife filed a case for the custody of my 4yrs old daughter.. I have another daughter who is 1yr old and she is my wife..my elder daughter is staying with me from last one year. In her application she has mentioned that she doesn't has any kind of assets on her name as well as on my kids name... Please suggest how to proceed... What laws says... What needs to be done

My wife filed divorce under last year and is refusing visitations with him. I petitioned court for interim visitation order, but that is being perpetually delayed.
Can I send a legal notice to either allow me to regularly visit my child

sir, wife and daughter have been granted Rs. 50,000/- interim maintenance by the court. no arrears are pending from husband. however even after maintenance has been paid regularly, wife has made application to the court seeking payment of expenses to the tune of Rs. 1,00,000/- which includes car repair and child's trip (the child was sent against the advice of father). my question is though maintenance is paid regularly can wife file such application in court?? if no any judgement regarding the same.

Sir,
Permanent life time settlement is arrived by the both parties in the MC filed under 125 cr pc in the district level court and she agreed for mutual divorce and where as appeal petition for seeking divorce is pending at high court. Both MC and divorce case separately filed by wife and me respectively.
In this case, based on the settlement of MC case in lower court order, will high court dispose the appeal petition? or I have to settle the issue of maintenance and divorce in the high court first?.

My wife has gone her maika with her mom on 19july16.She lodge false fir in her home district etawah on 12 aug 2016.She alleged in fir that cerosine oil poured on her body on 4aug2016 to intention to kill her.But she shouted so all neighbours along with her real sister (her sister home is infront of my home)collectet there and rescue her.On 5th aug 2016 I along with my family conveyed her to her home district etawah by tata sumo from fatehpur to etawah 500km.
1..my question is why her real sister not inform to police on same day 4th aug.
2..why she lodges fir on 12 1week delay.
3..why fir lodges in etawah not in fatehpur.is it comes in etawah juridiction.
4..there is no injury no medical..
How to quash this fir because wife is in her mom home since 19 july.She falsely involved 6 member of my family.My mother is 72 year blind lady and my father is 75 year heart patient two times.two sister both are married and not living with me and one brother who r in air force and he is on duty on 4th aug.All neighbour except her real sister and brother in law are saying that there is no any such event on 4th aug.
Can this fir be quashed in high court on the basis of false story and territorial juridiction.

Transfer of property
1. Husband and wife purchase a flat (50% share each). After 2 years thw Wife and her husband purchase another Flat (50% share each). What are the implications of wealth tax to both of them.
2. If husband purchases a property and then writes a will in favour of his wife; and on his death the procedure for transfer of the property in wife's name - will it be an easy method to transfer the property.
OR
should the husband purchase the property in Joint name and on his death the property to pass on to wife's name. Whether this procedure is less cumbersome for transfer of proprty ?
