Dear sir, We have performed our sister arranged marriage 7 months back as per hindu rites and bride groom is working in Indian Railways and now she is pregnant with 5 months.So, still my sister husband is not enrolled her name as his wife in Railway and he is talking negligently and saying that he will not enter her name as his wife in Railways and my sister in-laws planning to get second marriage to him.So, sir in this situation where i should make complaint.

My sister is separated from his husband 8 years back as per court agreement my sister is taking their daughter for child visitation every Sunday for last 7 years.
At the time of divorce, his husband was in USA and as per court order it was stated then whenever he would happen to visit India child visitation would be applicable every Sunday till he stays in India.
After 1 year of divorce his husband is relocated back to India and he demanded visitation every Sunday which was carried out without break for last 7 years.
Two days back the husband called to speak to daughter and all of a sudden he become very aggressive over phone and accused my sister telling her she needs treatment , she is after his money. My sister was bit upset so she cut the phone call.
and after sometime she asked daughter to call his father and speak to him regarding the visit. But now he is not taking any calls , she tried many times for last 2 days to reach him.
Now the question is what is my sister responsibility in this regard and how she owner court order of visitation as child father not responding to any calls / messages.
The age of girl child is 13 year now and she is bit upset over whatever behavior is displayed by his father.
How do we handle this situation? Can you pls suggest ! What is the best advice My sister has no problem in taking kid for visitation as per court order provided the kid's father interaction should be limited to child interest only and he should not try to breach in privacy of my sister's life. She don't want to go into hassles of going to court and bear all pain and stress she only wants visitation to continue as long as child wants and wants to honor court order.

hello site members, my brother is facing a complaint from his wife in caw cell (dwarka Delhi), the matter could not be resolved even after 5 sittings, she gave a fake stridhan list & we gave a reply that its totally false, we have evidence that will prove it false. now case is being transferred to HQ of caw cell.plz help us with wat is the difference between caw cell where we currently went to & now the mediation at its HQ(Nanakpura). Also can we take a leave on basis of fever or will it effect our case ( his wife took 2 leaves saying she has fever )Our lawyer told us that mediation people gets incentives from 4000 rs to 5000 rs if the resolve case . so they will insult and force the boy to resolve case. Is this true ? we want to take a leave coz we have a marriage in family and we need to travel to banglore for that.can we ask for 10 days leave.

Good Morning I would like to know that : Two Family Court cases are pending (i) one for Divorce (ii) another for Guardian these two filed by HUSBAND against WIFE. Here the husband is second husband for the wife, they married in a temple in the year 2002 The wife filed a false report before women police station alleging that for additional dowry and another is illicit relation my request is that already in Family Court cases pending , she has to appear and contest her case Is there any PROVISION OF LAW Call / Transfer Women Police Report before the Family Judge . Till date no FIR registered only the counselling are happening , the matter adjourned to 31-10-2016 For amicably to prosecute the said women police station report case before Family Judge i request the provision of law and if any petition formats

Hello. My husband, son and i live in an apartment. My in laws live about 40mins away. My husband is threatening me that he will take my 1.4 year old son and go live with his parents. We visit his parents regularly. Now they want the grand child to live with them. We had a love marriage and so we don't have a great relationship. Can he take my child away? Should I apply for custody rights of the child? If yes how do I go about it? His family is rich and have a lot of influence. Please help.
