Hello everyone,
I have applied for divorce and after several attempts of sending the summons to my husband, he attended to the court and wants me to take back to his house.
He didn't respect to the maintenance order passed by the court 2 years back and didn't pay me any amount till now.
But one of his lawyer is even trying to settle the cases by paying the amount.
Considering above two scenarios, please suggest if I can go back to my in laws house and lead my marital life.
If I need to go back to my in laws house,please suggest on the steps I need to take care.

Respected team lawyersclub, i have a video recording on gmail.that evidence is more than enough to show that wife is culprit and now she has filed false case. But i deleted that email and its not even in trash. It is 1yr old mail. Their must me some way i can get it back. Plz guide me.

Hello Experts,
I am posting below query for a friend who is really in need of help.
She got divorced contested one 3 years back in US, where it was mentioned that the children would come back to india with the mother and was granted alimony for only for 2 years.
However, now her husband has remarried and has also managed to get complete custody of the two boys in case the mother has to come back to india once her visa expires. The father is also not agreeing to renew the children s passports.
She really wants to come back to india and wants to know if there is any way she can get her children s indian passports renewed without the father s signature in the US? They are all indian citizens.

Dear LCI Forum Members,
The queriest is facing alleged criminal charges in 498a, since 2011 and is A1 in this case.
A2 - Father, A3 - Mother & A4 - Sister of A1.
There is Direction from Court to dispense with personal attendance for A2 & A3. Also the case to be disposed in 6 months.
It has been 1 year completed, still not completed.
With pain my father & mother were present in court for sec 239 CrPc along with me and my sister last year
LW1 to LW9 are witness in the case
Facts:
During the trial ..
except LW1 - Complainant, LW2 - Complainant's Mother & LW9 - Circle inspector/investigation officer only turned up. others were absent and there names were closed totally.
Now total 90% trial is over
sec 313 is next stage
My question is
My Father & Mother are senior citizens, can they be dispensed with personal attendance for 313 and Judgment permanently.
The reason because, A4 (my sister) lives separately
my father (a1) is patient he cant walk long, stand long time, sti long time and travel long journey in this case from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam and he has to be look after by my mother
my mother (a2) is also patient and suffering with severe back pain.
advices please

My husband ha married a moroccon lady in saudi without divorcing me. Since new mrg is conducted in saudi.. I cannot produce mrg certificate.To file a bigamy what are the proofs to b produced.

Dear sir, We have performed our sister arranged marriage 7 months back as per hindu rites and bride groom is working in Indian Railways and now she is pregnant with 5 months and my sister husband and her in-laws are harassing my sister and due to this my sister became ill-health severely and my parents brought her to matrimonial house for medical treatment past 2 months back and 2 days back my parents went to drop my sister at her in-laws house but they are refusing her to enter in their house and they putting condition if she wants to enter she has to give self declaration letter stating that, my mother,father, brothers and relatives should not come to visit her at in-laws house and never should my sister go to matrimonial house and if anything happens to my sister life, herself will be held responsible to her life.So, like this my sister’s husband keeping condition on her to write self declaration to live with him.So, sir please suggest us to handle this situation.

Sir i am 22 year old , i fall in love with a daughter of my maternal uncle since 4 year and we like each other from childhood, and we met many time in vacations and ocations , now we are in deep love and we have to do marriage with each other.
