my wife worked till now , even after marriage, now she left job just so to burden me and make me pay her money every month & she can fight case with help of govt. lawyer & so that i will give up at end due to this. she is degree holder. her income was above 25000 per month when she worked

thanks for accepting me as a part of your group.. respected members, my wife has filed a case against me in caw cell,she is very beautiful and i am just ordinary looking, i dont know still why she agreed to marry me, she never allowed me sex, but i never felt bad, she said she is shy.. but after 1 year when i asked her we should have a baby now.. she started fighting and then slowly she took all her jewellery back to her home saying she will wear them in her friends marrage.. after than she dint came back home. when i went to her home, her mother insulted me saying my daughter wants divorce and ask ur parents to give us 30 lakhs.else will file a case against you... now the case is under caw, she has given a false streedhan list , even more than her original jewellery and i have no proff that she took the jewellery back to her home during her time to time visit.. what shall i do.. plz guide me

Hope the Ld. experts will definitely give their considered opinion in the interest of justice and will not be in favour of such n 'advocate'
The subject advocate abuses my son and those who accompany him. Even in CAW cell, he transgressed and abused, even though advocates are not allowed there. They want nothing else but money only. They had repeated extortion even in mediation and declared that if their demands are not met my son would be arrested. My son had filed police complaint on two occasions against the 'advocate'.
My question is if there is a system / procedure by which I can take up the matter for on behalf of him in the Bar council.

Hi,
I am in a job for more than 11 years and have some savings through my salary. To avoid repeated family disputes with my wife, build trust, manage domestic harmony and peace I added her as a joint account holder in my savings account in ICICI bank. This was not enough for her so I opened another personal bank account in ICICI bank on her name, transferred major portion in her account and created FDs. She also have another individual account in PNB where money earner by is kept in FD, another account in Laxmi Vilas bank, some portion of money again earned by me is kept in both savings and fixed deposit form.
Though she is a graduate and was into a job before marriage, she does not possess enough skills to handle banking through channels like internet websites and mobile apps. I used to monitor and transact on her behalf.
During a recent argument during domestic dispute I told her that I would be transferring money to my account, she agreed, I liquidated FDs in ICICI bank and got this transferred to my individual bank account. Considerable amount is still laying in Punjab National Bank and Lakshmi Vilas Bank. Before I could do that, again under guidance of someone she is again disputing on money which is already transferred and warned me not to transfer remaining money. Direction of this family dispute is now going towards divorce.
My questions are:
1 - Can she raise a complain against me for using her internet banking user id and password
2 - Is there a way I can demand ownership of remaining money
3 I am also fine if the remaining money be shifted on my son's name (Minor) where I will be the guardian.

My wife filed for mainataince under CRPC 125
I know she works in so and so company and her employee id as well.
Can i ask court to send notice to her company to get salary details, Is that provision is there.

sir, i got married in feb this year and my wife and i before marriage had a mutual understanding to have baby after 2 years , and now both my father in law and my wife want to have baby ,the father in law came to my house and shouted loudly , and they took their daughter ( wife ) with them, on same day i told my wife to get pergnancy test, they made a big issue of this also, iwant to know that they have any rights telling regarding this all, hope to get soon advice , thanks

Maintenance for child when wife working
I am working and earning sufficient to maintain myself. Separated from my husband 6 months back and since then he has not been paying anything for our 3 year old child who is with me.
My husband earns more than double of what i earn, will he have to pay monthly maintenance for our child? If yes, what is the percentage of his salary that he will have to pay for our child?
Under which section should i file for maintenance?
