Iam 18 and my boyfriend is 19. We were in a relationship for about 2 years which involved the physical relationship too. Now he has lost interest in me but iam pregnant. Both our parents spoke and they have agreed to make us get married after 5 years but he says that he doesn't love me anymore and is gonna marry me only because im pregnant and has told me to abort the child and he will marry after he few years. I have lost my trust in him and I wnna marry him or start living with him right away from now itself never mind I abort the child or not. What can be legally done?

My wife had very bad past life and she was very impacted ......
1)child abuse
2)lover refuse to marry after 5 year
3)engagement also broken in 3 month
4)in married life with me is also on peak on matrimonial dispute ........
All thing shared in first night but as per social status I try to save marriage .........after 3 month she got pregnent and go to her parient house approx25month is over she has apply wrong allegation on me ......I had file rcr section 9 ......approx one year lapse of rcr and pending in transfer operation in sc.......as I know she has not file any case on me but she write down in transfer petation all allegation on me ......what I do such case .........
Can I write down these true fact in defending of transfer petation..........
So that I can use this ground ......when she file 498a after transfer the case ......

Dear,
I'm married Indian Muslim. Its been 2.8 years and still my wife is not getting pregnant. My wife id having some PCOD problem which delaying this and she is getting treatment for that from past 18 months.Now chances of getting pregnant are decreased. Whenever i thought of speaking to father-in-law.. there family abuses me a lot and not even in a position to speak properly. Now they are not allowing my wife to stay with me. I'm getting disturb a lot with this and planning to take divorce. Could you please suggest me legal process. Do I need to give her a share in my property.. if yes how much share. I already paid her Meher. Thank you

I filed a divorce case in Gurgaon on grounds of cruelty in september and my wife (staying seperately for last 11 months) recieved the divorce notice in october. After recieving notice she filed a DV and dowry complaint against me and my parents in Ghaziabad. Now we have recieved a notice from mediation centre to appear before them on 28th november.
What are the options available for me to deal with the complaint filed against me?
Is it an advantage for me that i filed a divorce before they filed a complaint and can i use this argument in my favour in the case against me?
How can i make sure that my parents are out of this mess and i deal with it all alone?
I dont want any mediation or give any maintainance or alimony to them as she is working and i have not taken a single penny from them till date and i am ready for a long drawn battle. What should be my stand when i am asked to settle this outside court by giving a certain amount of money?
Any other advice which can help me.

The divorce petition on cruelty ground under Hindu Marriage Act has been filed by POA holder of the petitioner without presence of petitioner in person before family court. The respondent has already mentioned the point of law in his reply/written statement that,” the divorce petition cannot be filed by POA holder as he is not authorised person to file the divorce petition and petitioner have to present the divorce petition before family court. So, the petition is liable to dismiss.” The court has framed issues without framed this issue of law which is raised by respondent in his reply. Now, the matter is on mediation and petitioner’s evidence.
What respondent should do if he wants to decide this issue in preliminary base as the issue of law has raised in reply/written statement already and the court has not framed and not decided this issue of law?

Respected Readers and Experts.
I am facing the false 498a charges and currently going through the harrassment of CAW cell for visiting again n again even after the mediation and counselling failure. My Counsel suggested me to file the divorce case. Am still not able to take decision on this. As was expecting a result or settelment at CAW cell itself as suggested earlier by my counsel. What should i do ? Should i file a divorce? What about me being framed and harrassed over a year now? Will i really get a divorce? Or should i say that i will not give her divorce and let her plead the same in court? Totaly confused... she is demanding huge money in CAW cell for an MCD. N even the staff is talking in her tone..( dedo paisa khatam karo kalesh yahi pe. Court me saalo lag jayengy) the frustration is what damm money are they talking about? I never demanded any dowry but the girl is actually extorting money .. all thanks to great IPC...feel like killing myself..

Respected experts,
I m facing false 498 a, and DV case by my wife in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.the case registered 3Yrs before, and Family court mediation was unsuccessful in first two year. Then I took bail for me and my family members. But still Chargesheet has been not filled by the Mhila thana. Please suggest weather I wait or request to the court to bring that charge sheet. If any other suggestions please suggest.

Dear Sir, My Father ( 85 yr old ) in Laws sons wife had file a case against her Husband , Father in Law, Mother in Law and against my wife for Dowery, Jwellery stole , No Son ( having 3 Daughter) . Her marriage is 29 year old Ahmadabad base and we are at Mumbai. Everything is verbally . claim monthly Rs.15000/- for exp and Rs.50 Lakh as harassment. She is staying in another house from last 19 year separate with her husband and also having no relation with husband since last 5 year. Misuse of Humanity ground also.
Aged person bypass surgery already done and m.in law with full Diabetic person un able to walk also.
