Hi,
I'm a Hindu SOUTH INDIAN.
I love a girl who happens to be my second cousin she is related to me from my paternal side I jus love her a lot that is y I'm here seeking for help.
Our relation is like
I'm the guy who love her
My fathers-mothers-sisters-son-daughter(the girl I love)
We r second cousins we learnt this only after 3 years of relationship by then we wer not ready to leav eachother it's been 7 years now our family is opposing our love can you pleas suggest can we marry eachother pleas help

Case of child custody is filed by my cousin. Till date he observed that Judge hardly reads the content and just asks few questions and then gives the next date.
He also came to know that Judges of India hardly spend 5 mins avg per case.
On a daily cause list list he sees almost 40 cases per day.
Now our questions are :
1) Whether they spare time to read the whole matter before giving interim or final judgement ?
2) If so, when do they get time to read the whole case matter if daily 40 cases are being handled by him ?
3) How do they remember the discussion happened at different dates ?
4) Will they directly talk to Petitioner or not ? ( Till date he talked only to the lawyer of petitioner. )
Please do not consider this query just as an academic one. My cousin is not a law student but the problem that he is facing is the cause of raising this query.

Experts,
My wife has filed huge maintenance and DV cases against me at her native place and forcing me for divorce.
She is working for a Private Telecom Company at her place and informed the court that she is not working and unable to maintain herself.
She is highly qualified having BE + MBA degrees as seen from the marriage invitation card that she has submitted to the court.
Please let me know how I can prove to the court that she is working and also I see some judgments from the Hon'ble SC that a well qualified wife can not claim maintenance and other from other courts. Please correct me if I;m wrong.
If I provide the address of the working place, is that enough for the court to summon the employer or can I go for RTI with the court's permission to get IT and PF details of her.
Please provide your valuable advice.

I m an engineer and my husband is a doctor. my husband has been torturing me since just after marriage, pressurized me to resign the job and i had to resign, He filed divorce case in family Court but his appeal was rejected and he again appealed in high court. i have filed a case of domestic violence on him. In domestic violence case i claimed 23 Lakhs rs under section of 22 (including 7lakhs for expenditure in divorce case, 16 lakhs for mental harassment. he has affair with a lady and has a child with her. i want to know that will court consider my claim as i again joined the govt. job on contractual basic with salary 29,500/month and he has his own private clinic with monthly income of 50,000rs. when the case of divorce was in family court then i was not in job. i had to bear all the expenses of csae. He is showing that his earning is only10,000/month. which is absolutely wrong, he is hiding his earnig. he had purchased land and built a new house recently on his own name. I hv registration certificate of that land. will this certificate help me in showing his wrong statement about his earnings. should i claim for 50% ownership for that house.

Respected members i will soon be charged with 498a , i coudnt find anyone who can pay my bail. Wil i get jailed? Do i still have an option to pay my own bail. Someone told me bail can be taken by signing a bond. How much money will it cost and wats the procedure, kindly help

my husband has illegal relationship with one lady and has an issue with her. he has filed divorce case but case is rejected by family court and he appealed in higher court. i dont have proof of marriage of him with that lady but have birth certificate of child. will he punished by 494 act.

divorce petition with in 2 month due to cruelty by husband
My friend got married before 2 month. after marriage she knew that her husband is very gredy and demanding dowry. he is very cruel and tortured her very badly. she has decided to get divorce from him. She doesn't want to spend time in punishig his husband because procedure is very time taking. She is a Government employee and doesn't have time but wants to take out herself from this marriage as soon as possible. what is the best legal advise.
