Dont have anybody to pay my bail

Respected members i will soon be charged with 498a , i coudnt find anyone who can pay my bail. Wil i get jailed? Do i still have an option to pay my own bail. Someone told me bail can be taken by signing a bond. How much money will it cost and wats the procedure, kindly help

We are 5 family members on whom my wife has filed dowry and dv case. We have a small kid too at home. If we all go in jail. He will be alone. We coudnt find people who can give our bail. So wats the solution now

You have to search yourself who can give bail for all of you.

Discuss with your lawyer, he would suggest.

It is the possibility all may not be sent to jail, present the facts before the court.
