My sister is fighting a legal battle against her husband since Feb 2015. The court ordered to pay a sum of rupess 8000/- per month as a maintenance. Till date the amount pending is 1,56,000/- Rupees. The has not followed the order and denying to pay the sum. On 19th Oct 2016 the court ordered a Distress Warrant against him. It was submitted in a local police station on 25th Oct 2016. Its 24th Nov 2016 a month passed but the concerned authority has not yet acted, when asked about it he is not giving proper reply and saying he is not at home. What is the further procedure ? Whom should we complaint now ?

I got married in may 16 now my wife is pregnent staying at her moms place she is now staying to stay alone with her, as i stay with my mom who is having paralysis prblm, my wife n their parents saying me if you dont listen to us we will charge a dowry case against you. Also 2 days ago i just checked her kundali i just found she is manglik which she didnt told before our marriage. Pl help me and let me know.

Hi. My wife has taken a room on rent 25000rs per month. We both are from middle class and i earn 15800 rs every month from a mnc. Can she force that rent in maintainence case on me. What rights do i have

My cousin is fighting a case of custody. There is one possibility that visitation right be given at child access room of court. Now, the question is :
Do they maintain any Log Book that whether custodian parent came with the child or not ?

Petitioner has filed divorce through POA holder under cruelty ground. Respondent has filed written statement and requested mediation procedure from court. Court has referred the matter to mediation. On mediation date, petitioner was appeared through power of attorney holder and respondent appeared in person. On mediation date, Mediator has reported that he/she knows the petitioner, so he/she cannot do mediation. Then, on court date, respondent and his advocate presented and No one was present from petitioner side. On court date, the report of mediation center was not received by family court from mediation centre. On court date, Hon. Judge has framed issues and Hon. Judge told orally that the mediation centre would arrange other mediator for mediation for parties. In Rojkam (Roznama) it is mentioned that,” respondent and his advocate are present and no one is present from petitioner side. The issues have been framed; the next proceeding of the suit is on mediation report and on the stage of petitioner’s evidences”.
Que-1: Can Judge frame issues and direct the court procedure to petitioner’s evidence without completion / failure of Mediation procedure?
QUE-2: If no, then what respondent can do on next court date?
Que-3: What respondent can do on next court date, if P.O.A. holder /advocate of the petitioner tries to file petitioner’s evidences, though respondent wants to complete mediation procedure with petitioner in person?

My wife has been granted 20% of my salary as maintenance for my son(2 years old) by army authorities which amounts to around 20000rs per month. My wife is also an army officer and is senior to me and earns more than me. Can I challenge the decision of army authorities in any court of law to decrease the quantum of maintenance.

I want to produce some photos as evidence in court against my wife for cheating on me but I don't have the camera from which they were clicked. I got the photos in a laptop to which the photos were transferred from the digital camera. Can I produce these photos as evidence to support my divorce case and establish the date of the photos in court
