Ma'am/ Sir (s),
Following are the facts before my query:
1. My Wife presently working in MNC and drawing handsome salary has OBC category certificate (based on her father's income and caste status).
2. I am a general category by caste and work in govt. PSU (executive cadre).
My queries are:
1. Is she eligible to file applications as OBC candidate and can avail benefits like reservation in govt. jobs, age relaxation etc. provided to non-creamy layer OBC candidates.
2. Can I have the references of any cases in Supreme court/ High Counts, where judgements have already been given in such cases.
3. Under the column “father’s name/ husband’s name”, what should be preferred while filling the forms? Is it alright if my name is filled in the form? Can anyone debar her to avail the benefits in case my name is given in the form.
4. To be at a safer side, should I approach a lawyer to give me an affidavit that although she (an OBC) is married to me (general), she can avail all the benefits available to OBC candidates which mentions the references of constitutional laws or cases as mentioned in point no. 2 above. Do lawyers make such affidavits?
5. Is there any single document, where all the benefits (in precise form) are written to OBC non-creamy layer candidates.

Hello everyone,
My wife filed a DV case under section 19,20,22 & 23 of DV.act.
after 1year and 7 month the petitioner could not place the evidences in several dates and the court dismissed the case in my favor. Do I have any right to take any action against the false case??

Hi, Is it advisable to marry a non divorced girl at a stage when her divorce is under consideration in court. I am legally divorced and I have faith in her. If yes please suggest a safe method.

Hi All
Family court has ordered interim maintenance of 10k per month. I have applied for stay in HC.
Now I have got a notice under CRPC-125(3) for "vasuli" of 30k. I have been asked to be present on the a certain date this month.
What should I do now?
Is it possible to file 125(3) for interim maintenance?
If I have applied fot stay in HC, can 125(3) be still initiated against me?
How long it will take before court issues a warrant against me?
I went through a lot of articles on internet regarding "vasuli" and also spoke to my lawyers, but it is still not clear to me how vasuli is done exactly. Request experts to kindly throw some light on the same.

Sorry for being ignorant on the subject but what is the legal process of obtaining divorce under muslim law...is saying talaq thrice acceptable or is thier any other official way to do so

I have filed DVC &MC at Armoor civil court (Nizamabad telangana)..iam staying in hyd &now I want to transfer these cases to Mahila court situated at Hyd metropoliton sessions..due to financial and professional problems I have facing.i heard that the court is for cases that in area of GHMC limits.please anyone help me to go through the perfect process to transfer these cases to mahila court

Living separate for career maintenance expenses
Hi, I am 29 MBA girl married under HMA. U had tolerated the mental and emotional torture for dowry for 8 months of my marriage. Then it started getting physical for first two incidents I have forgiven them. But the last time when my husband gone extremely abusive for me and my parent, forcing me for sex and on deny, physically hurted me as press neck, strangling my hair, pushing me through wall and bed, and during this he pushed the door that actually broke the handle and hunted me badly. There after I am living with my parents. It been more than a year but he never called and never came to take me home. When my parents asked to come and talk he and his parents are just postponing. We talked to a lawer but he said that for domestic violence and dowry I need to proof it via some audio video or written things and for physically harassment we need to have the medical reports. Otherwise you can not file a case. Infact if it completes two years,my husband will get the right to divorce on grounds of desertation for no reason.
So, we decided that I will go back to my matrimonial house forcefully as I still have right to residence, and claim my stridhan.
Now the question is about this - - - - after leaving the matrimonial house after 3months, I started a job. Now as I am still insecure at inlaws place. I don't want to live my job. I may go on weekends to inlaws and husband. For rest I can live in other city for career. Now can I legally claim my husband and can bound him to pay for my food and cloths and rent and travel for coming to his place every week.
