Respected Madam/Sir,
Kindly guide us with the following issue...
Savithri Bhat (DOB 05.09.1971) married to Manjanath Bhat (DOB 25.01.1965) on
22.04.2001, a baby girl Ishani Bhat born on 04.04.2002. Savithri Bhat lost her husband on 25.09.2002.
She got married to Satish Gajanan Hegde on 02.09.2010 who has a daughter, Prerana Satish
Hegde, from his first wife who has expired. Savithri nor Ishani has changed their surname
after second marriage.
Ishani Bhat will be appearing for her 10 th std. CBSE Board exams next year (2018) and she
has sent details to CBSE Board without any change in her surname.
Ishani has traveled to USA along with her Mother in 2009 and at that time her passport had details of her Father late Manjanath Bhat. Now her passport has expired and has to be renewed. Satish Hegde has updated his passport with Savithri Bhat as his spouse name. But
Savithri Bhat has not changed any details in her passport. Prerana does not have any passport yet.
Now if they have to travel abroad, it would be difficult for them to travel as a family.
What are all the options available to them under the above scenario? Whether they can add Satish as her guardian in her passport and in all other documents. They don’t want to change Ishani surname. What about Prerana passport, whether they can add Savithri Bhat as her guardian and late Saraswathi as her Mother.

Hello respected members. Today i meet my lawyer to prepare reply of interim maintainence case . All things that we wrote are correct. Except that my shop that i used to run before has now been evacuated due to disowned by family.. This shop was in parental property. I am showing myself as a sales man now in a shoe shop. But honestly i cannot leave my own shop of shoes in parental property, otherwise i wont be able to earn even to pay my lawyer... My lawyer said still running that shop might lead u to trouble or might not but its ur responsibility now. My shop is not registered and i still want to earn my living through it. My wife can plan some video recording way or commisioner appointed to investigate etc to catch me in shop. I am totally afraid now and its not possible for me to leave this shop. Also now the owner of shop if my father on papers and its in his property. But internally i own it and runs it.. Plz guide me how can i save myself if wife tries to prove its still my shop through video recording etc. And or any other means. Plz guide me thanks respected members

I ve been torture by my inlaws(father in law,mother inlaw,first brother in law n 3rd brother in law) we already ve separate family but same houseMIL and FIL keeps on complaining about my behaviour regarding sweeping, praying....n then they will go to first brother in laws n cry complaining about my husband n me .my husband is medical doctor n i m food safety officer.father in laws is drunker .n brother in law is zuari and another one is pshycy n they ll come n keep on scolding to my husband regarding my behaviour .one think is that both my husband and I are educated n others are uneducated.they give us mental torture.wat to do in this even the educated people who ve visit the whole India n knows the culture also been torture.Help me I M serious.one think is that I m from city n married to uneducated village family

Sir/ Mam,
My Name is Aksh. My family have been charged for a dowry act which is a manipulated one. This all started in 2013 with a FiR filled by her in Mahilla Thana Patna. I was a frusted guy who returned back to home after completion of my masters in management then joined a pvt company in Patna itself when I came across that lady ( christan )I have been framed in emotional drama coz she started her family pressure of living as a paying guest there.
Then all of sudden I don't know how it happened she came closer to me started meeting in public places intitially. She asked me for a help yo get into my company which was in intial phase of starting only so the company was not able to pay me the amount I deserve.
Somehow I managed her to get into my company so that she can manage livelihood for herself.
In between we came closer got physical and too she got pregnant and asked me to arrange me herself aborted.
In 2013 real drama started she asked me to get married with herself or else she will lodge a FIR against me and my family.
When I denied she lodged 498A /IPC Case against me and my family as female gets the priority and respect in laws she used it and manipulated all the false charges against me.
We together visited a temple of Lord Radha Krishna in case she used it very cleverly and mentioned in FIR that we get married there only.
And without investing further things and detail police registered her case in diary.
I got very frightened and mentally harrashed even that was against my family. I was not knowing about her real intentions I became victim in there.
When I tried to solve it by pepetually she asked me to get the registered marriage with me or else your family will be behind the bar including you .
I came into her pre planned game and got Because later on I came to know she is having contacts in legal department even she she is running some samajik sangathan. I don't know why it happened me even I visited a physcitric in between because I was emotionally and mentally totally disturbed.
She used all of it and asked me to come join with her and live with her.
Now when her plan came live she threw me out of her on further investigation of mine I came to know she did the same things with another person in the past .
Now she is having a baby I m not sure is it mine or else .
And again she is harrashing me and my family mentally by lodging false cases to have protection from family by saying she is having life threat from us . Now she is asking for maintenance and all by creating my High profile and stating wrong information's against me that I am earning lot of money from my parental property but in reality I don't have such even I am not able to concentrate on daily life work so how could join a company and I am yet unemlopyed.
Please help me and guide me with .
I need ur suggestion urgently

I have been married for 14 yesrs have a children of 12 years old. But It's almost seven years that we are not living together. Even applied divorce 4 years ago( sent divorce notice to her office)
And She told me that she wanted to live together so i didn't run the csse. The case got disposed . Now I don't know her where abouts. I remember her contact number and tried to contact her . She is not responding even I meesged her. once she allowed me to talk to my son. She is least botherd. it is broken marriage. She has relationship but for some reason not ready for divorce.
I heard if hushband and wife are not living together for 7 years., the court will give divorce
Please advice me....

i m a govt servent n being suspended from job since last 3 yrs . ( Maharashtra state govt. service) . u m getting maintenance allowance from govt.
in PWDVA case monthly maintenance order passed by court n that is have paid for 1 yr along with some part of arriers . but as she has not given me possession of my house as per court order in have stopped paying maintenance n so she has filed PWDVA EXECUTION n court has given recovery letter to my govt. office .
but as it m not getting salary but the maintenance allowance only , can my office do recovery of maintenance and submit to court .
i have communicated to my office that as per MCSR rule 68 (c) , so such amount ( court recovery ) can be recovered from suspended govt servent .
please guide.

Stamp duty in case of transfer of immovable property in selllement deed
Dear Sir,
Can i know if immovable property is transfered from Settlor to trust what amount of stamp paper should be purchased??
Also stamp duty is necessary for immovable property & movable property and what is the amount??
