Hi, My cousin wants to marry a girl, the girl's mother's father and my cousin's mother's father is blood brothers. Do they fall under SAPINDA restrictions.

Thank you experts for ur support till now today I went to a court in vaijapur a court where wife worked before marriage n today I came to know from some advocates she won't come to u because she was and is engaged with the senior advocate I know it doesnt sound good in ur profession but its true I was shoked today but I can't do anything wt can I do can experts help me she is practicing there , can i stop her for doing this can i stop her practise she is asking maintainance to me inspite she left the house her self wt can be done plz plz hlp

MY DEFENCE WAS STRIKE OFF AND I WAS NOT GIVEN NOTICE ABOUT IT AS I AM WORKING ABROAD DESPITE I HAD HIRE LAWYER FOR ME.PART INTERIM ORDER WAS OBEYED LATER ON STOPED. MY CASE WILL NOT PROCEED DUE TO THIS DEENCE STIKE OFF AS PER OPPONENT ADVOCATE.EVEN MY ADVOCATE PUT ANOTHER CASE OF PURJURY THAT ALSO NOT BEEN HEARED.CONFUSED THIS IS EXTORTION OF MONEY LEGALY IN HMA SEC24 WHAT CAN I DO NOW.

I was loving girl both agreed applied for marriage certificate did on 2014. This certificate we did only because of parents not accepting my love. Did certificate under special marriage (Christian) not tied thali or no ring exchange happen. But still married her for certification. After marriage she gone to her home and myself returned to my home. It's been 3years we did not live together single day also there is no any such type sexual relationship. But now both are agreed to cancel this certificate. Once contacted lawyer and Said all this asked in this case need to do divorce for this u have to provide family photos and invitation card of marriage. We don't have family pic or invitation card. Questions : 1. As we don't have any kind of relationship how to cancel this marriage certificate. 2.With out cancelling marriage certificate can marry other girl. 3. Legal steps what have to take and how long it takes as both r agreed to cancel.. Please help with an answer as soon possible.

I am a divorcee and now have to get my second marriage registered .... need to know that while getting registered will that Divorcee word will reflect. I am concrned because no one knows about my divorce. Me and my husband are planning to shift abroad for that this certificate is required.. so need to know will he be able to know about it.

Captured by wife's activities through video recording
Hello again respected members.
while on one hand my wife said in court that she is unemployed, on the other hand she is running a clinic ( dental) in her dads property. the clinic is not registered.
I with the help of a private detective agency conducted a sting on my wife and in that video , she is treating a patient and taking cash against it.
Now is that video recording accepted in court as an evidence.i read an article by Mr Sethi on this same platform that video recording conducted without prior authority of a authorized body is not accepted in court. plz put some light as to what i can do when i have that video recording with me & if that is of any use or not
