Sir property mere Dada Ji ke naam per hai or unki death ho chuki hai 30 saal phele but property ka koi partition nhi hua tha or abhi 2 month phele mere Dadi g bi expire ho gaye h to mere father 4 Bhai hai 3 brothers ne JFP mei hi apna apna ghar daala hai or ek Bhai ne apni property purchase krke daala hai or ab Bo apna share chahata hai but sir y problem hai ki Jo mere father ne ghar daala hai Bo Dada Ji k purane ghar ko ukhad kr uss jagh pr daala hai to ab mere father ka Bhai chahata hai ke jbb property ka partition ho to use hamare ghar mei bhi share mile Jo ki hmne daala hai or 21saal ho gaye hai hme ghar banaye hue but uska kehna hai ke phele uske father ka ghar Hota tha yahan but sir jb hum the bana rhe the tbb usne koi objection nhi kiya tha to sir kya use property ke sath hamare ghar mei bhi share milega Jo mere father ne apne paise se bataya hai

How to get a court decree or divorce certificate by men side after talakh..talakh give before 18 month ago .give the experts answer..or advice

hello again respected members. currently i am facinf dv case from my wife and we have filed our vakalatnama on last date of hearing. Now we will file Ws in the court on next date.
Today i came to know that my wife's case will be dealt by a protection officer and her report will be final in the court.
Further it has been told to me that the protection officer does not even need to show any evidence in court and her written report will be accepted by the judge without asking any questions.
Now in such scenario if the wife bribes the PO, then obviously she will write report in her favour.
My question is i am able to ask properly is, Dont a PO requires proffs in her report , or her report is final

A family adopted a girl. She was brought up and married at the adopted parents. After some years adopted parents were died.
There is no document proof to declare her as a family member. She applied for legal hire certificate in taluka office. But Tahsildar rejected the application as proper documents not submitted though all villagers suggested she is the only daughter of those deceased.
So please suggest us how can she obtain the legal hire certificate?
Can she apply through Lok Adalah?
or any other way?

Dear expert I have filled mutual concert divorcee petition in Mumbai court on 23 may 2016 due to some reason opposite party was not coming now they r ready to go with process again will my LD no. Will be still available so I can get date for address verification or I have to start from scratch .pls. Guide

I would like to understand the difference between a maintenance petition being filed as a M.C. u/s 125 crpc to the main O.P. in matrimonial cases u/s 13 of HMA
and
as a
I.A. to the main O.P. in matrimonial cases u/s 13 of HMA
In the event of the O.P. getting dismissed or withdrawn by the petitioner, will the maintenance case filed by the other party (wife) - also be null if it is filed as M.C. or I.A. ?

1. Can a daughter- in - law get maintenance from father in law from self acquired Property although she get some share in property of her deceased husband?
2.Whether court fee should be pay by daughter in law if she file petition of maintenance against her father in law?

Visiting rights to see the child at the school
Since 3 and half years after my wife estranged me (as I was earning less), me and my parents have been visiting and talking to my daughter at her school once in 15 days.
Usually we meet her after the last hour and before she gets into the bus for about 15-20 mins. All these days the school used to allow us, but now my wife has complained and asked the principal not to allow us.
The reason given is that we have been giving chocolates after eating which my daughters health has been upset and we meet my daughter only to extract information out of her. Both of which are not true.
After this letter given by my wife the school has asked us not to come to see my daughter and if at all we want to see the daughter we should produce ID cards which is given to my wife.
As we are not in talking terms, Iam not able to obtain the ID and when I sent request through a relative, my wife has rejected to give me one.
Please advice me what the law says in this situation and what should I do to continue seeing my daughter at the school.
