Witout power of attornay make unmarried cetificatte is possible or not....(appicant living abroad unllegaly and he can not send the power of attornay ) ...so plz tell me without attornay it is possible or not

I am a divorcee ,looking forward to remarry.
I faced a lot of cruelty,cheating and desertion from spouse.My spouse had also lied about his education.
Hence I want to be very careful this time while selecting a partner.
I have put up my marriage profile on many websites and get many offers also.
However online profiles only give a general idea about a person's family,education and job.For example peope here usually do not name the company they work for,because they want to hide their information from public.This is fully understandable.
When people approach me,my family asks the person to send his marriage biodata with full details so that we decide to only meet those persons whose details suit us.Even we are willing to send them my detailed biodata if they need it.
However the person insists he will not send any biodata and only wants to meet me.He says talking and understandng is more important.
I explain that if biodata details are acceptable to us,we will surely spend adequte time together so that we get to know each other.It makes no sense to talk to person for 3-4 months on phone and by meeting him personally(whose details are still unknown) and later on discovering that he was lying either about his job or education because he had not shared his biodata .
Almost every boy i meet refuses to send his biodata but wants to meet me.He says he wll reveal details orally on meeting.But i don't trust oral claims,because anyone can lie about his age,family and other things.
When a biodata is sent through email,even though one can lie in that too,but people may take it seriously because they are sending it through their personal mail account which only they can access.So I trust this system more than anything else.
What should i do with such arrogant people who want to meet without sharing their wrtten information?

Mr X registered married with Mrs Y NRI in 2006.Mrs Y now abroad not living with Mr X since2010 and coming for 1 month in a year.Is divorce is possible.

dear experts,
my friend has filed divorce case against his wife foradultery affiars.his wife also accepred that they both are not staying together since 2 years.He is working as govt teacher.
He has planned to purchase some land onnloan tonstart his coachig instiitute.
the case for divorce n maintenance is running in family court.
now my querry is
1.can he purchase land on loan.
2.will his wife claim for equal participation on land if she knows this..thanks a lot
i am too much satisfied till date withbur advice.

Dear experts, Maintenance case MCD order come against me from district court. Now case pending in HC, in appel stage i can prove my NRI salary certificate can i give to high court as a additional evidence its possible ?

Hello Team,
I have been married since 31 Jan 2016 and after 10 months of my marriage i got know that my wife is not mentally stable and she has taken treatment for almost 2 years before marriage. Her parents did not imformed us about it. I consulted 2 doctors and they prescribed Schizophrenia medicines to her. So i decided to get divorce. My wife is at her parents home since dec 2016. What procedure should i fall to get divorce? I have doctors prescription and one audio in which her father accepted about her mental disease and i knows the doctor name with she was consulting before marriage.

Sir/mam we had filed for mutual consent divorce but i dont want divorce at any cost, my lawyers says that if i dont want the court can never give me divorce, but my husband says that within max 1 year he will take divorce. I have received some of the jwellery which was provided by my parents at the time of marriage and a draft of 1.5 lacs. I have already encashed it in bank. I can also return the amount. My lawyer said i need not to return that will be adjusted in the maintance. The maintainance was ordered in DV 2 yrs ago. Sir i am afraid that he will take divorce. I have a daughter of 5 yrs.
