Case under section 18,19,20,22and 23 of DV act filed by my friend An interim order has been granted by court of RS 4000/-. It is further mentioned to put up file on 6.4.17 for sakshaya applicant. Kindly guide for following points-(1) how the case shall proceed further?what is meant by evidence stage?(2) whether she can typed her bayan in place of presenting herself in court?(3) she want to get bayans of 4-5 person in this case. Whether she have to file shapath patra of them in court or bayan can be given without producing shapath patra. If shapath patra are to be given, whether all to be given one time or may be in piece meals. What is time limit of submitting shapath patra in court?

Dear Sir,i am working as driver in gulf my qualification is plus two, above mentioned order completely unjustice to me 25 lacks Rs to deposit my 6 years old daughter and per month 5000 RS and 5 lakhs rs she make one false eye witness to court pocket money i am take from her father that one also court order to give her (there is no any bank statement or evidence because its completely false ) she not prove my salary her petition she was mention my salary 1.5 lakhs RS Per month, me and ex wife both are remarried,Appeal pending in high court Kindly suggest me i need to show my nri salary certificate to high court or not ? i get justice from high court?

in continuation
Wife had an extra marital affair with her business partner.
have photos and vdos of their activity of sex as proof.
under what and how can I apply for dissolution of marriage.
have a child and would want the complete custody for myself due to the adultery of wife.
currently wife has moved to her parents house, leaving the child with me.,
under the pretext of being physically abused by me. but i have not done so.
She has filed a 498A /323/324/34 and Kidnapping against me and my father. we applied for ACB and have received the same. At the Police station, during investigation for the above (363) My daughter strongly said she would want to stay with me(father). the IO/PI sent the child with me.
She called us for a settlement, she is asking for custody of child and me to relinquish rights on a flat which is majorly my investment and little from her side.
I offered to pay her the amount of her investment in equality of today's market value, and go for MCD. provided she withdraws the case. But she & her advocate says, we file for MCD and then automatically in MCD MSA we will mention the case and the Family court would send the same for disposing the 498A cases.
in the meantime can she file for child custody ? as @ Police station, during investigation for the above (363) My daughter strongly said she would want to stay with me(father). the IO/PI sent the child with me.
My lawyer says he will think of some option.

I had fell in love with one boy we both love each other but oir parents are against this...n one day we decide to go in court for registration n obtain marraige certificate...after dat nobody are aware of this even we did not live togather...n after one year of registar we both mutually decide to breakeup nd moved on...n we also destroyedday certificate...but is der any prblm for our future life because of previous mistake...plz help

Dear Sir, I am 26 years from Bihar working in MNC. My story started 7 years ago when i was just 19. I fell in love with a guy who was 6 years elder to me. He approached my parents for marriage but they denied as I was studying and wasnt in the right age of marriage. One fine day he called me and asked to go with him to a temple for some puja. Unaware of his intentions i went with him but he forcefully took me to Nepal where he married as per Hindu rituals. I was terrified and shocked as he threatened me not to say anything against him as my father had filed a complaint against him for kidnapping me. In the court I did as he said. Since he threatened me that he will bring harm to me and my family. I said yes He did not kidnapped me but I went with him on my own. Later, he never took me to his family and I never met his family members. Even this guy went away for some purpose and I was not aware where he went like it's been more than 3-4 yrs since then I was not having any contact with him , he never visited me nor he tries to contact me. Later I went to live with my family and was studying . All of a sudden he came to my home and asked me to live with him. I told him there was no legal marriage happened between us . We never had any court registration I.e court registrar marriage neither we have our photos
But now he is asking me to divorce him. I asked him on wat basis,shall I divorce you, he says on the basis of the statements that I gave in court against my parents.my questions here is .... Whether on the statement which I gave in court on that bases am I married to this guy?? Because I gave that statement under pressure and threat .�Does the issue even qualify for a divorce. ? I asked him to give me the proof of marriage. He told me to go nd get it from the court statement where I said I'm his wife ... My question is whether that statement made me his wife . ?? Because we never went any court for registered marriage and even that temple marriage has not happened in India ? Kindly help me with your response so that I will further proceed accordingly.

I am widow. My husband died before 6 months ago and only after 2 months of the marriage. It was suicide because of his quarrel with his elder brother and his wife. Now I am staying with my parents and doing accounting job in private Firm earning Rs. 10,000 per month. Am I able to receive maintenance charges or share in property from my inlaws family. Because due to my elder brother in law and elder sister in law I lost my husband.

Expedite dv case .
What is the procedure to expedite DV case (4 yrs old)in trial court ? I have already given an application in lower court but long dates are being given .Should I be filing a writ in high court to expedite ?
Experts please can u guide me on this ?thank u .
